We had rising damp on semi detached side of house. We were quoted by Del, who informed us of the work required and was professional and helpful and gave full explanation. Work carried out by Luke and completed the next day. All worked was carried out as per quote. We found Luke to be professional, polite and the area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

We have been so impressed with the work that has been carried out. Half of the internal wall plasterwork in our old cottage was removed back to the brickwork. Luke, who came to resolve our internal damp problem, worked so neatly and tidily that there was no issue with dust—despite everything being covered in dust sheets, it turned out they weren’t even needed. All debris was neatly bagged and removed. Power points were carefully detached before the insulation and damp treatment began, and Luke happily explained each step of the process as he went along. The insulation panels were carefully cut and applied directly to the brickwork before plastering. The plastering was finished to an exceptional standard. Once it had set, the power points were reinstalled. The walls are now being left to dry properly, following Luke’s advice, and are ready for the original Victorian skirting boards to be refitted. Finally, I must say we are absolutely delighted with the work done—Luke and Wall and Roof Coatings Ltd are a real credit to their trade. In the meantime, we’ve had friends and neighbours come in to admire the results. I highly recommend this company.

Wall & Roof Coating Ltd were able to get a surveyor to me the same day. The surveyor arrived at the time stated and was well equipped to carry out a thorough inspection of the house. The surveyor was quite prepared to discuss with me what he was doing as he went about the house and inform me as to the severity of any defects. There was absolutely no question that he was being anything other than fair and professional in his observations. A detailed and impressively prepared report was emailed to me within 48 hours. I have engaged with them subsequently several times regarding the cost of the repairs by email and they have within minutes to each of my enquiries.

Simon was prompt, efficient and friendly during his visit to our proposed new property. He explained the issues he found in a clear, understandable manner and, even though we paid for the report to be received in 7 days, it was received the next day. The report was clear and easy to follow with photos and detail indicating work needing to be done. I am very happy with the price quoted and as soon as the house sale goes through will arrange for the work to be done. We have paid a deposit to secure this work in the New Year.

We needed to have a damp problem resolved as a previous builder had breached the damp course. The work involved cutting slabs, digging out a narrow trench, sealing the wall and installing a swiss drain. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently with the area left clean and tidy at the end of the job. A job very well done. Would definitely recommend them.

Luke did a great job. He was very efficient and kind. Would highly recommend. The surveyor was also very knowledgeable and gave some good advice.

We engaged Simon to undertake a damp survey on behalf of a Landlord. The survey was comprehensive and we are working with Simon to progress the remedial works.

Upon carrying out a survey Simon quickly established that our issue was condensation and not damp. He gave clear and precise recommendations to remedy the problem and followed these up in an email.

I highly recommend this company. I called them Tuesday and the damp survey was booked in for the Thursday. Really comprehensive report (25 pages) with photos and descriptions arrived by email the next day. Conclusion listed required remedial works and the surveyor also gave me a useful verbal estimate which will be followed up in writing. Really impressed.

Contacted Tony at Wall and Roof coating in Tenterden on the 17th November as we had water come into our cellar that had recently been converted but not properly. He sent Mark and Peter round within a few days, they were very sympathetic and came up with a proper solution clearly knew what the were talking about as worked on lots of large commercial tanking etc. so I felt confident this would be done properly. We agreed a fair price to strip everything back to the beginning and start again. Full wall tanking, drain system, pumps and alarm , stud walls ,plasterboard and plastering etc. all back ready to paint. Mark was one I the nicest blokes, and kept me informed on everything how it all worked and worked with his team at full steam. All completed within a week. We now have a great fully dry utility room with a 10 year guarantee. Highly recommend.

We have used Wall and Roof Coatings Ltd since 2016 and have always found them to be professional and extremely knowledgeable concerning their quality products used. On this occasion the company coated the entire outside lower walls with a damp proof membrane followed by a facade coating of resin bonded/vapour permeable protective specialist exterior wall coating treatment. This process took longer then expected due to the poor weather conditions. The work was undertaken by Luke Burgess who we found to be friendly and pleasant in manner, insightful, meticulous to detail and methodical in approach. He made some helpful suggestion when approached for advice and was extremely clean and tidy in his work.
