Walsh Solutions Ltd

30year old boiler replacement, new round flue to replace existing old square flue and brick up hole. Replacement indirect vented hot water cylinder and system pump. Installation of magnetic filter. Chemical heating system flush and refill with inhibitor. Replacement of corroded radiator valves. From start to finish, the process of acquiring Walsh Plumbing Ltd to carry out the works was seamless and reassuring. Dylan was honest and forthcoming with any possible issues with the existing setup and gave straightforward and honest advice with required needs for the job. The quote, lead-times, delivery of equipment, job length and registration of all warranty documents and GAS Safe registration by Walsh Plumbing, encompasses a complete and thorough job from start to end, leaving a stress-free process for a customer. Darren the installer was friendly, very prompt and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure the work was completed to a satisfactory standard. The finance options that Walsh Plumbing provide, make the works affordable for an already respectable and competitive price. I have absolutely no regrets in hiring Walsh Plumbing Ltd to carry out the works to our now, very cosy and warm home!

Walsh Plumbing were fantastic to deal with from start to end. They installed a new combination boiler, replacing an existing boiler which had a fault. Unlike the larger companies they send an engineer to survey the job prior to providing a quote, this also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions or get advice before you place an order. Once I placed the order and paid the 10% deposit, they were able to install the new boiler within a few days. The fitter arrived on time and completed the work as planned; the install quality is excellent. They also ensured that the work met all the boiler manufacturers requirements e.g. a chemical flush, magnetic compliant filter and water limescale filter, this is important to ensure I get the full 10 year manufactures guarantee. Their fitters work for them, and many have been with the company for several years so have more of a vested interest in doing a quality job. This is not always the case with some of the large installers who contract out the fitting. Since the install they have contacted me to ensure I was happy and have triggered the paperwork for the registration of the boiler and the gas safety certificate. We did have a small issue on the day of install as their supplier could not get hold of a NEST thermostat due to a product shortage. I managed to buy one locally and Walsh compensated me with no hesitation or issues. This really showed a great level of customer focus. I have now taken up an annual maintenance contract which they offer to ensure the boiler remains gas safe and I get the manufactures warranty. Walsh Plumbing were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. They offer good old fashioned customer service, and you can speak with a real person, not an AI chatbot or call centre on the other side of the World. I fear that the larger companies like BOXT and British Gas have great sales but their after sales service is not as good. In summary a great company you can trust to do a quality job at a fair price with excellent customer service.

Spend 2 full days installing a new combi boiler replacing an old gravity feed system. Installer arrived promptly on both days and installation was to a high standard. Previous boiler was removed and work cleared up afterwards. Boiler much more efficient than previous model with significant savings expected. Now hot water is on demand whereas we had a tank before. Process of the communication from initial quote to installation was first class and would thoroughly recommend Walsh
