I called Waltham Gas when my old boiler stopped working, Craig did a full diagnostic and tested the boiler and found a number of faults. After a lengthy discussion with Craig, I decided I would take the new boiler option and Craig sourced a new boiler and arranged to fit it. Craig did a fantastic installation which was quick and neat. On completion of install, Craig balanced the system ensuring all rads heated. He carried out a flush and did a gas check to ensure there?s were no leaks and that the boiler was burning correctly. I asked many questions and Craig was happy to answer them and explain why certain tasks had to be carried out. Craig tidied up after he had completed the job and removed all waste from my property. A pleasurable experience and I am very satisfied with the work carried out

The service included advice and replacement of a new gas boiler. The company was incredibly helpful, informative and efficient. It included sourcing all materials as well as fitting and was very clear on what was expected of the work and how much it would cost. Because of the above, the whole replacement process was stress free. Highly professional,meant there was complete trust throughout the work and was very happy with the final result.

First class professional , pleasant, polite, cleaned up after completion and cleared away rubbish, all round great service would highly recommend It was nice to be able to find this sort of service lately so impressed.

Craig turned up on time and was friendly through out. He explained happily any questioned that I asked, and even showed me how to adjust the tap to save me paying for minor things in the future
