Wardle & Keach International Ltd

This is the second move I have done with Wardle and Keach in six weeks. They were great the first time and just as good this time. The entire team work really hard to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible. In the run up to moving, Adam kept in touch regularly to assure me there was still availability, Jan in the office was just a delight to deal with. The team on the day were just as efficient, it was a slightly tricky move due to the large amount of random shaped items that I had but they found a way round it and got everything moved safely. I have already recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so. It is so rare to get this level of customer service anywhere now. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you team, your support at such a stressful time was invaluable. :-)

From the minute this company walked through the door I felt like a weight had been lifted. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. They handled everything and I achieved a totally stress free move thanks to Wardle and Keach/ Walkers removals. The guys were fantastic, polite and funny. The service was excellent throughout. The estimator who came out to us was very efficient and the price charged was very reasonable. The three guys who moved us over the course of three days could not have been more careful, helpful, or courteous.

The service from the whole team from start to finish was fantastic. The quote was done efficiently and quickly, booking was easy once contracts had been exchanged. The team (John, Andy and Josh?) on the day were fantastic. They arrived on time, took great care to look after everything whilst loading, making sure items were protected with large blankets. The whole house was emptied in time for the completion. Unloading was just as efficient, if not more so. They were all great at taking the items to the correct room and left them stacked neatly, so there was plenty of space to move in afterwards. The team were really good fun to have around as well, and totally took the stress out of the day. This was a move for my parents, I will definitely be using them for my own in the next six weeks. I loved the fact that you get boxes included in the price, that makes it so much easier and far more cost effective, also the hanging boxes they bring are great. Arrived on time and got straight to work. The lorry loaded quickly and efficiently including a hot tub which they made short work of getting loaded up. Unloading at the other end was equally efficient. The team were polite, efficient and happy to adapt to what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

We had to store our goods for a month, but the firm ensured we had the same crew when we eventually moved into our new property on 6 January. The 3 men worked so well together as a team and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Recently moved 4 bedroom property. Everything went smoothly. John and the team were fast, efficient, careful and reliable. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst we did our own packing, they often wrapped in blankets breakable items (TVs, etc) and, no damage to any item. They put down carpet protectors in both houses and placed items where you wanted them in the new property. Very friendly and polite - highly recommend if you want a reliable, trustworthy company.

Our removal was from Kettering to Cornwall and included a full packing service. The service was spot on from start to finish. Everything was packed with care and the removal guys were careful not to damage anything. John the team leader driver deserves a special mention - he coordinated everything really well and was very professional. I’d have no hesitation to recommend.

Wardle and Keach were moving us to a Church house about 20 minutes away from our previous home. The estimate for the work was handled wonderfully, and in person; it was a competitive estimate. The office called to make sure everything was on track for our proposed move in the week leading up to our moving dates. On the packing day the team turned up on time, and were really helpful. Again on the day we moved the team turned up on time and with reinforcements. They worked really hard and had completed the unloading by the middle of the afternoon. I would really recommend them; all levels of the company helpful, friendly and get the job done. Thank you so much!
