Stepped up to the line when the company (HES) with our boiler, and water insurance refused to deal with a leaking stopcock, and we were having great difficulty finding an emergency plumber. Added us to his extensive schedule late in the evening and day. Turned up and resolved our issue courteously and professionally.

Very friendly and efficient. The work was done in the time quoted and all rubbish removed. The house was left clean and the quality of work of a very high standard. When we asked for changes to our original request they were very accommodating. Very satisfied with the whole job.
