14 year old Gloworm boiler broke. I contacted them on Monday and asked for a quote to repair or replace, they were prompt and I chose to replace with Worcester Bosch. It was a similar quote to another company, but I chose them as the other company was a larger company. These good plumbers managed to come to the aid of an old woman and did a great job, then sent me flowers.
