My experience with Warm to Life was really good, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. I had a conversion from a conventional boiler and hot water cylinder to a combination boiler, new radiators fitted downstairs and TRVs added to my upstairs radiators. I also had the electric shower replaced with a mixer shower and a new towel radiator installed. From start to finish, the whole process was easy. Russ came to do the initial visit and provided a quote the same day. I liked that each part the job was priced separately and the online system made it easy to select the options I wanted to go ahead with. After accepting the quote I was promptly booked in for two days a couple of weeks later. Russ, Mark and Ricky arrived on time and got on with the job in a quick and efficient manner. They’re a friendly, professional and hard-working bunch so it was a pleasant experience having them around. They left things tidy overnight, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job and took all the rubbish away. I’m very happy with quality of their work and will use their services again in the future. Warm for Life diagnosed the need for a new living room radiator plus heat pump and we were very happy with the work carried out. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It would have been good to get a short demonstration of the new heat pump's settings once it was installed as it was left on a higher setting than necessary and therefore too noisy, which necessitated another appointment being made which could have been avoided..

Conversion from Conventional to Combi boiler and installation of a new radiator. Excellent service from first contact to completion of the job. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered. Turned up on the appointed day at the promised time Work was carried out speedily and efficiently.

I received a quote the same day as the work required was assessed. I accepted that the next day and three days later the work was done. From start to finish they impressed me. Although I realised that I needed a new boiler, they recommended additional work on the basis that parts of the original system had also past their recommended lifespan. Although these parts were still working, they would not provide the security I needed. I had experienced frequent issues with my system and they wanted to maximise the reliability of their work. The work was carried without causing undue mess and the house was left with very little evidence of their visit. My hiccupping system has been replaced by a reliable one. Overall an excellent service with a trusted guarantee.

I chose Warm for Life to fit my new boiler based on the good reviews I had read about them. These reviews were not wrong, the whole booking process is done on line and is slick and professionally presented and is easy to use. Russ came out for the initial visit to discuss my requirements, keeping me well informed of his arrival time and his advice was presented in a professional and friendly manner. The fitters, Mark and Ricky arrived on the agreed date on time and were also friendly and professional in everything they did on site. Russ joined them later in the day and the three of them answered all of my questions about configuring and using the new boiler and smart radiator valves to my complete satisfaction. Replacing the boiler is obviously messy but the team ensured they kept this to a minimum (even taking great care in trying not to upset our four house cats in the process) and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I have been very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate in recommending them.

From my first contacting Warm for Life for a quote for a boiler swap and installation of a radiator to the work being carried out the service was exemplary. The guys at Warm for Life are brilliant! The whole process from initial contact, to them visiting to give me a quote and then returning to do the work was superb. I was able to get an initial estimate online for getting a new boiler installed and could also book an appointment online for a visit to get a quote. Russ contacted me the following day to let me know they could come a few days earlier than planned to give a quote which was very welcome. Russ and Mark visited to do the quote, sent a text in advance to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes and did arrive exactly on time. They assessed the work that needed doing, gave me a very helpful suggestion when I asked for some additional work and were extremely pleasant guys all round. They sent the quote the same day and followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any questions which they answered promptly. The work was booked in for around 2 weeks later and they sent a reminder the day before. Russ, Mark, Ricky and Jake arrived on the date booked at exactly the time agreed. They did a great job, installed my new boiler and a new radiator, cleaned up after themselves, took the old boiler and rubbish away, let me know about a small issue which was not a problem and were thoroughly nice guys to boot. The whole thing from start to end was an extremely pleasant experience and I can’t rate them highly enough, I’d give 10 stars out of 5 if that was possible! Had a leak coming from my boiler and within a matter of 10 minutes I received a call to say they were on their way. A couple of hours later the problem was fixed with new parts which they had available. Many thanks to Russ and Mark. Would not hesitate in recommending this company. This is a benefit of being a ‘plan’ member.

The guys at warm for you did an excellent job for us installing a new boiler and radiator, not only did they beat the quote from a larger company but they were also able to provide one of the best boilers on the market . All work was done on time for the stated quote. They explained everything clearly, every step of the way without being patronising. They corrected mistakes made by previous installers, and their pipework can only be described impeccably neat and tidy. Can not recommended enough, will be using again.

The team from Warm for Life arrived on time and set about replacing my Boiler and installing a new radiator in the Conservatory. They worked non stop and had completed the work in less than 5 hours. The team were polite and friendly and very thorough in their work making many checks as then system was turned on. They cleared away all of the mess and left the house clean and tidy. They were knowledgeable and very competent in all that they did and explained fully to afterwards on how to work and maintain the boiler. Warm for Life moved one radiator and put in a new one. They came up with a better solution than had been suggested by another supplier. They were communicative and efficient in their work, helpful, tidy and thorough. I would recommend them to others.

Warm for Life fitted our boiler and did an excellent job at a very good price. We have now had them back to fit an extra radiator and replace an old one. Connor did the job. He is a really neat and quick worker. It involved some extra pipe work and the whole job is excellent. Connor was also a pleasure to have working in the house . Tested everything before he left and cleaned up everywhere. Can't recommend Connor and Warm for LIfe strongly enough. Will always use them for our heating work. Good price too.

You know how it is with building and associated trades - they may or may turn up, finish on time, do a good job etc so it was with some trepidation we contacted Warmforlife with regard to replacing a central heating boiler. They contacted us the same day - visited to inspect/quote the following day - gave lots of advice and left brochures so a good presentation, and advised when they could do the work... but promises are easily made and this old sceptic was still not counting on it going smoothly. But... they arrived early with a new boiler - installed and commissioned it in one day - and operation was carried out efficiently , enthusiastically in a very professional and friendly manner and the area left tidy. To all those needing similar work to be done we suggest you could save a lot of time and frustration by putting this Company top of your contact list to avoid our experience where other manufacturers approved installers either didn't progress our initial enquiry after three weeks or if they did turn up had no product literature or inclination to advise which boiler was best suited to our needs.

I recently had new taps and a shower installed.I was helped to make an appropriate choice,the work was completed efficiently and at a competitive price.I was very pleased that the work was managed without any damage to the bathroom tiles.Many thanks!

We had our ageing back boiler replaced with a more efficient combi boiler, replaced some radiators, added others and had the electric shower replaced with one ran from the hot water system. From the initial no nonsense quote to the final clean up, the whole team were very friendly, professional, and hardworking. There was a lot of work to be done, but it was completed to a high standard, in the specified time and then they cleaned up and removed all the waste. Many thanks to Russel & Mark, the hands-on directors of the company, as well as the rest of the team for doing such a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warm for Life for anyone requiring Boiler and Central heating work.

Really pleased with the whole process of installing a new boiler from start to finish. The quote was provided quickly and the advice about whether to stick with the existing system or swap to a combi was useful, giving the pros and cons of both but letting us make the final choice. On the day of installation the team were on time, tidy and work was completed neatly and as expected. It was an added bonus that we didn't have to take the kitchen cupboard off the wall ourselves as we're not very handy (some other companies weren't prepared to do this for us). Queries were responded to promptly including questions we had after installation. I love my new boiler system, the smart thermostat is saving me a fortune and it's great to have more space in my airing cupboard - still warm thanks to a tiny radiator! We've already recommended Warm for Life to friends who have gone ahead with their own installation too.
