I chose Warm for Life to fit my new boiler based on the good reviews I had read about them. These reviews were not wrong, the whole booking process is done on line and is slick and professionally presented and is easy to use. Russ came out for the initial visit to discuss my requirements, keeping me well informed of his arrival time and his advice was presented in a professional and friendly manner. The fitters, Mark and Ricky arrived on the agreed date on time and were also friendly and professional in everything they did on site. Russ joined them later in the day and the three of them answered all of my questions about configuring and using the new boiler and smart radiator valves to my complete satisfaction. Replacing the boiler is obviously messy but the team ensured they kept this to a minimum (even taking great care in trying not to upset our four house cats in the process) and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I have been very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate in recommending them.

The guys at Warm for Life are brilliant! The whole process from initial contact, to them visiting to give me a quote and then returning to do the work was superb. I was able to get an initial estimate online for getting a new boiler installed and could also book an appointment online for a visit to get a quote. Russ contacted me the following day to let me know they could come a few days earlier than planned to give a quote which was very welcome. Russ and Mark visited to do the quote, sent a text in advance to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes and did arrive exactly on time. They assessed the work that needed doing, gave me a very helpful suggestion when I asked for some additional work and were extremely pleasant guys all round. They sent the quote the same day and followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any questions which they answered promptly. The work was booked in for around 2 weeks later and they sent a reminder the day before. Russ, Mark, Ricky and Jake arrived on the date booked at exactly the time agreed. They did a great job, installed my new boiler and a new radiator, cleaned up after themselves, took the old boiler and rubbish away, let me know about a small issue which was not a problem and were thoroughly nice guys to boot. Had a leak coming from my boiler and within a matter of 10 minutes I received a call to say they were on their way. A couple of hours later the problem was fixed with new parts which they had available. Many thanks to Russ and Mark. Would not hesitate in recommending this company. The guys at warm for you did an excellent job for us installing a new boiler and radiator, not only did they beat the quote from a larger company but they were also able to provide one of the best boilers on the market . All work was done on time for the stated quote. They explained everything clearly, every step of the way without being patronising. The team from Warm for Life arrived on time and set about replacing my Boiler and installing a new radiator in the Conservatory. They worked non stop and had completed the work in less than 5 hours. The team were polite and friendly and very thorough in their work making many checks as then system was turned on. They cleared away all of the mess and left the house clean and tidy. They were knowledgeable and very competent in all that they did and explained fully to afterwards on how to work and maintain the boiler. Warm for Life fitted our boiler and did an excellent job at a very good price. We have now had them back to fit an extra radiator and replace an old one. Connor did the job. He is a really neat and quick worker. It involved some extra pipe work and the whole job is excellent. Connor was also a pleasure to have working in the house . Tested everything before he left and cleaned up everywhere. Can't recommend Connor and Warm for LIfe strongly enough. Will always use them for our heating work. Good price too.

You know how it is with building and associated trades - they may or may turn up, finish on time, do a good job etc so it was with some trepidation we contacted Warmforlife with regard to replacing a central heating boiler. They contacted us the same day - visited to inspect/quote the following day - gave lots of advice and left brochures so a good presentation, and advised when they could do the work... but promises are easily made and this old sceptic was still not counting on it going smoothly. But... they arrived early with a new boiler - installed and commissioned it in one day - and operation was carried out efficiently , enthusiastically in a very professional and friendly manner and the area left tidy. To all those needing similar work to be done we suggest you could save a lot of time and frustration by putting this Company top of your contact list to avoid our experience where other manufacturers approved installers either didn't progress our initial enquiry after three weeks or if they did turn up had no product literature or inclination to advise which boiler was best suited to our needs.

We had our ageing back boiler replaced with a more efficient combi boiler, replaced some radiators, added others and had the electric shower replaced with one ran from the hot water system. From the initial no nonsense quote to the final clean up, the whole team were very friendly, professional, and hardworking. There was a lot of work to be done, but it was completed to a high standard, in the specified time and then they cleaned up and removed all the waste. Many thanks to Russel & Mark, the hands-on directors of the company, as well as the rest of the team for doing such a great job. Really pleased with the whole process of installing a new boiler from start to finish. The quote was provided quickly and the advice about whether to stick with the existing system or swap to a combi was useful, giving the pros and cons of both but letting us make the final choice. On the day of installation the team were on time, tidy and work was completed neatly and as expected. It was an added bonus that we didn't have to take the kitchen cupboard off the wall ourselves as we're not very handy (some other companies weren't prepared to do this for us). Queries were responded to promptly including questions we had after installation. I love my new boiler system, the smart thermostat is saving me a fortune and it's great to have more space in my airing cupboard - still warm thanks to a tiny radiator! Phoned on Friday when I realised the boiler wasn't working, someone came out that afternoon and got it going so we had heat and hot water over the weekend and then Russell came on Monday to complete the job. Very efficient, very tidy and friendly. Excellent communication throughout thank you.

Really efficient and friendly company! I went in knowing nothing about boilers but they explained everything about the process so well and made it understandable. Super fast at replying to enquiries online too, first with the initial quote but also when I wanted to go ahead - within half an hour I had booked in and payment plan was set up, it was so easy! So much cheaper than other quotes, yet the service was so much better - great boiler and amazing customer service. Would recommend to anybody!

Repaired CH boiler - blown fuse on the printed circuit board, which was diagnosed very quickly and efficiently. The fault occurred overnight on the Saturday; I called Sunday lunchtime and left a message on the answer machine. An engineer was assigned for Monday morning after 9:00am. Engineer, very friendly and polite, arriving at 9:15 after calling at 9:00 to give arrival time. Job done on schedule and within budget (first hourly rate). Would definitely recommend and use again.

Can't believe how helpful and prompt this team is. Turned up as promised the morning after the New Year break and got straight on with it. Warm for Life were the only plumbers we could find 10 days before Christmas when our boiler broke down. They'd left space in their schedule for emergency work. Mark came, identified several things that were wrong with our 10-year-old boiler. He priced for repair and for replacement. We originally agreed for a new boiler to be fitted two days later; a Worcester Bosch compact. I read reviews and looked at the spec overnight and felt we would be better with the Classic because of the size of our house. I rang Mark the next morning first thing and he changed the order in minutes without any fuss. All quotes and payments were done through a very impressive electronic system by email. Fitting was excellent. Everything done well. Now got a warm house and running hot water again. Phew! So impressed with the efficiency of Warm for Life that we'll be going on their service plan. I normally think these things are a waste of money but this is a fair price for an annual service and means it will get done without us being responsible for remembering. One thing that really impressed us was that they measured and logged the flow rate and got the gas board round to increase the gas flow to the house. They will check this when they service it, so I feel the annual service will actually be a more thorough check and not just a quick look inside, brush the gas burners clean and review the pressure. Nice to find such a professionally managed small business.

We have just had a new boiler and central heating system installed by Warm for Life and we were absolutely amazed at how quickly the job was done. First impressions were that they were very professional and approachable, which is why we chose them. They lived up to this as they arrived promptly on the first morning and within two days, they had installed the boiler and all the radiators. It was a bit chaotic at times, but all the team were proficient and responsive throughout. Even when we asked them to install a gas hob as an extra, they did it without a qualm. I can't fault this company from Mark and Russ the directors being able to visit and give me a quote within 20 minutes of contacting them to the great work that Richard and his team did a week later swapping my boiler for a Worcester Bosch Combi, they turned up exactly on time and finished the job within the day. Mark from Warm for Life responded straight away to my call regards a leak on my boiler. He was able to get a replacement part straight away and it was fitted with the boiler back running within a few hours of my original call. Excellent service. This is a company I'd definitely recommend.

They really do deserve every one of their 5* reviews! Russ was the only person to give us the option to service our boiler or upgrade with no pressure either way. So pleased we went for upgrading the boiler as the new Worcester combi is a world away from our last. Connor & Rich worked all day with meticulous detail and went above and beyond. Their standard of work is exceptional - sadly no one will ever see Connor's showroom standard pipe work under the floor but I certainly appreciate it and have told anyone willing to listen! Recently had our combi-Boiler replaced and very happy with the quality of service received. I was searching around for different quotes but when I met the gents from Warm for Life I was convinced they were the right company for the job. They took their time to explain everything to me, and were very friendly and professional. They did a great a job at fitting a new boiler in ( and no mess) and also offered a great finance plan for the boiler (best overall price on the market as well). I am very happy with everything and would love to have them back for servicing.

We asked three companies to quote for a replacement boiler. Only Russ from 'Warm for Life' spent time discussing our specific needs and priorities, and the pros and cons of various options, and then gave us time to make a decision. Once we had finalised our choices we were sent a clear quotation within hours (another company took two weeks!) and given a mutually convenient date to undertake the work within two weeks. The work was carried out over two days (because we had opted for a number of other improvements) - the team arrived on time, were friendly, tidy and efficient. I have used Warm for Life for several years when I have required a plumber. This year they replaced my combi boiler. I was given several options of how to proceed from fixing my old boiler to full replacement and there was no pressure to choose a new installation. I felt able to trust their advice. Installation was carried out quickly and included re-siting the flue which was also done carefully and finished well. I am now using their monthly payment plan to keep the new boiler serviced.

Russ came to give me a quote and throughout the time he spent with me he was very professional and listened to what I had in mind - a new combi-boiler, shower, thermostats on the radiators and remove an old gas fire. He gave me sound advice and explained what would need to be carried out. The quote was competitive with other firms. He is also ex HM Forces and so am I, which I think goes along way. On the day of installation, his team of 4 men (which included himself and his company partner) arrived promptly and were very professional throughout the day. They protected the floors, stairs and ensured that the environment was safe to work in. They worked exceedingly hard all day. Russ and co initially came out to check my boiler to see why my heating and hot water had stopped working. They pinpointed the problem quickly (as well as a couple of other things that were wrong) and explained the issue clearly. When it came down to a decision between fixing the current (old) boiler or replacing it, they provided me with several options, but didn’t pressure me one way or the other. When I decided on a total replacement job, they were able to get me booked in quickly and arrived very promptly on the day. The work was completed quicker than expected and the new system was explained clearly, as well as their various service programmes. My boiler had broken. Russell and the team were super quick with coming out, quoting and uninstalling. I received expert advice, got everything I wanted and more within my quote, which was very competitive. Installation was speedy and tidily done. Neat pipework. Liaised with us to find best ways of making alterations to ensure compliance with new current regulations. Time and effort spent on configuring the Evohome system to suit our requirements, and also to ensure it was working properly. A good job.

Mark and Russ came to provide a quotation and then carried out the work themselves. They were a pleasure to deal with and the whole exercise was carried out most efficiently. Warm For Life replaced our old combi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch + Filter + Wave controller. Russell, Mark and Connor were on time, polite, professional and caused minimal disruption. The price Russell quoted for the work was the price we paid.

The team at Warm For Life fitted a new combo boiler and removed the previous boiler and water tank. From the first phone call they provided a great service, weren't at all pushy sales people and made me feel very comfortable with the choice I was making. On the day they arrived when they said they would and I left them to it. Given the amount of work to undertake they finished on time and even left the house with as little dust and evidence of their visit as possible. A few days later the new system is working well and the team have continued to give excellent follow up service. Although they weren't the cheapest I was quoted I felt more comfortable and confident with them as a team and would highly recommend them. You pay a little extra but it's all encompassing and worth every penny.

I am very glad I found Warm for Life. They are a wonderful firm. They spent a long time helping to discuss our needs. They never suggested any extra work but helped us keep the costs to a minimum. Their quote was well within the figure I was hoping for, so much so that I never contacted the other plumbers on my list. Their quote also included a magnetic filter and wave thermostat, which other firms would have charged extra to install. However the thing that really sold me was that they were a pleasure to have in the house. Really friendly guys , who looked after the house, worked very neatly and did an excellent job ( and did a couple of other things which they included in the work). I highly recommend this firm.
