We are very happy with Warmcare Insulation, our cavity wall insulation was installed by Marcus and Curt, they were very helpful and worked very hard the whole day, they had to replace some of the underfloor wall vents as well which they did very expertly and took all the rubble away with them. I would defiantly employ them again, they worked very well as a team. Well done!

We approached a number of companies performing polybead cavity wall insulation for a survey and quote. Luke from Warmcare came to do their survey and was the most thorough and impressive of all of them. I have an engineering background and asked lots of questions, which he fully answered thus giving me confidence in the company. The installation team of Lee, Matt and Kurt were equally professional and thorough. They did a neat job with little residual mess and talked me through what they were doing; again giving me confidence in the end result. Overall, Warmcare have been a pleasure to do business with.

The two chaps turned up bang on time and never stopped all morning. Never seen such hard working diligent tradespeople. They were very professional and cleared up after like they’d never been. Such an efficient team I would very much recommend.

I normally never bother with reviews but WarmCare were great. Their quote was about what I expected and unlike the other two companies, they did not keep phoning and reducing the price. They quoted a fair price for the job and stuck to it. The two chaps who did the job were here on a hot day. They protected all the carpets, told me exactly what they were doing at each stage, and apologised that they did not have the equipment to cut up and remove an old metal water tank, which the plumbers who changed the system should have done. Got it all done in one day despite the heat and a really low loft and cleared up really well afterwards. 10 out of 10 from quote to completion.

The team came out in October to fit insulation boards around the top of my cavity walls and to improve the ventilation in the roof. I have now gone a whole winter without having to scrub a single speck of black mould from round the top of my house. I'd spent 16 years, every week every winter having to do that. The worst of it being in my sons room, which was just horrible. When lives are so busy, taking away that unpleasant job from my list of things to do has made a huge difference. Not to mention the fact that the house is healthier to live in and that I have finally had the confidence to redecorate my son's room without fearing it will be a complete waste of time. Would highly recommend the team (who did some extra work while they were at it for no extra charge) and the work they did to anyone, especially if you have a 1970s cavity wall constructed home like mine! It's made a huge difference to us :-)

I had cavity wall insulation installed at a rental property and found Warmcare very easy to deal with. Communication was efficient, they were very helpful in finding a suitable time to do the work, and they carried out the survey and provided a competitive quote promptly. Our foam cavity wall insulation had broken down in the rear of the property. Warmcare carried out a survey and recommended remedial works in this area. All appointments were kept and the works were carried out in a professional manner, leaving all areas clean and tidy and in line with the agreed quote. I would have no concerns about employing this company for any further works that might be needed.

I can't rate Warmcare Insulation highly enough. From the outset the communication with the Company was excellent. Following my initial enquiry I had a thorough explanation from Luke Read, the Contracts Manager who carried out an onsite survey of my loft. He made it clear that the removal of spray foam could present difficulties, but felt confident following his survey, that the work could be done. It was obvious that Warmcare Insulation had previous experience in this field. There was no attempt to pressurise me (no hard sell!) and the written quote was competitive. There was no up-front payment required. Throughout the whole process the Director/Operations Manager Ollie Clements, and his secretary, Virginia maintained excellent communication and dealt with my enquiries very promptly. Those carrying out the work were very polite, very careful, very thorough and worked under some difficult conditions.

Very quick to come out and inspect/quote for works. Easy to arrange appointments for work to commence and the team who attended were great.

Warmcare Insulation are a friendly, approachable and competitive company and we have had great service throughout the whole process. They have installed cavity wall and loft insulation for us. They came back to us promptly with answers to our queries, they have been very patient as we were applying for a grant to cover the cost of the work and they honoured their original quote, even though the process from quote to grant awarded took 5-6 months. The work undertaken took place in one day and happened as they had said it would happen. We are very pleased with the service we have received and would recommend them.

Had cavity wall insulation installed as part of a renovation. Due to slow progress I had to postpone CWI installation a couple of times (about 4 months delay). Warmcare accepted this and honoured their original quote; very commendable. Service was great from the survey through to installation, with all my questions being answered. The survey was the most thorough of all the companies I had contacted, which was reassuring, and the cost was very competitive. The installation was very painless, with great care taken to match the two types of mortar we have. Warmcare Insulation has provided me with an outstanding service. Luke's rapid response to my initial query and thorough survey and the time he took to go through pros and cons, with no hard sell, plus a reasonable price were an excellent start. Just a few days later (I was expecting weeks) the installation team arrived in a spell of bitterly cold weather and grafted all day to inject the insulation. The difference in the temperature of the house was noticeable within about 24 hours and exceeded my expectations. Roll forward 2 years and the insulation remains one of the best investments I've made - comfort-wise the house is a different place too. No damp issues at all. This year, some building works required the opening up areas of the external walls of the house. The glued beads did what was promised and remained largely in place with no unintentional runout - and it was easy for the builders to contain and bag the beads that needed to be removed. Luke willingly deployed one of his teams to top up the areas that did need refilling - again, a painless experience, completed within a few days.

We had underfloor insulation fitted. Excellent friendly and efficient service from quotation stage to completion of work. Left everything clean and tidy and did a great job. Would happily recommend.

Very quick quote, good explanation of works with good level of detail to help make the choices. No pressure quote. Good communication with the installers and even the director of the company. Works was done very quick, 3 or 4 guys working well together. Left the place protected and cleaned up and took all rubbish and hoovered after.

Warmcare did a great job of re insulating my loft including remedying an issue with the way the original insulation had been installed. They were clean, respectful and efficient. Much appreciated. Good value, too

After my initial enquiry regarding loft insulation, I quickly received a visit and survey. I was pleased to hear that the situation was not as bad as I had been told by a another company (which had cold-called me and visited) and that there was no need to remove the existing old insulation which could be re-used and topped up with new. In addition, fire-resistant spotlight covers and ventilation wedges were to be fitted. The work was carried out a week or so later by two guys who worked quickly and efficiently, tidied up very well, and were helpful in explaining what they were doing.

I have used Warmcare on three separate occasions. The first was to do the lounge underfloor insulation and internal walls. A few months later they did the internal wall insulation in the upstairs bedrooms and kitchen. More recently they installed underfloor Insulation in the kitchen, dining room and hall. Warmcare arrived on time, with the right material and tools to do the job. Their installation engineers were highly skilled and did a very high quality of installation work, which has made a big difference to the comfort levels in my 1960's house. I am extremely pleased with the result and I would highly recommend Warmcare to others. I received a first class service from Ollie and the team throughout the whole installation process.

I was a little nervous about using Warmcare but I was very pleasantly surprised. The whole experience from first contact to completion was very positive. Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful. The team that did the work were a pleasure to have around. They asked a few questions but apart from that just got on with it. Although it is only a couple of weeks since they finished and the work hasn't been tested by the elements or time it looks like they have done a good job. I have rated them a 4 for value as the price felt a little toppy in terms of time spent on site and materials but they were able to do the work on relatively short notice.

I had been trying to find a good local service to carry out this work, and was happy to see Warmcare listed through Which. We scheduled the survey and then Warmcare came back out a couple weeks later and removed and insulated the floor in my husband's office. Even though it's nearly summer the room has been so cold lately. We can already feel a massive improvement. The guys who carried out the job were friendly, efficient and tidy. We'll definitely be having Warmcare back out to do another 2 rooms in the house eventually as well.

Received a quote for loft insulation, boarding and installation of a loft hatch and ladder. The quote was very competitive and the work was completed in less than 2 days as promised. Guys were friendly, clean and tidy (they put down carpet protection and vacuumed at the end of every day). The work was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend.
