Very quick to respond to the initial query, come to the house & schedule the loft insulation work (all within a week). Very helpful - did some extra bits for £0 cost. Very friendly & tidy workmen. Excellent aftercare - after they left, we realised the ceiling lights were not working. They returned the same afternoon & sorted out the problem.

Warmcare put insulation in all 4 lofts in our bungalow. They responded quickly to my enquiry, and when Ollie visited he gave excellent advice, didn't try and upsell and provided a quote within 48hrs. Fred and his team started three weeks later, as agreed and completed the work in a day and a half, again as planned. They explained what they were doing, worked round us and cleaned up after themselves meticulously. Everyone one we dealt with was courteous and friendly, and ensured we were happy with the work at every stage. Of all the trades we have employed in our refurbishment, Warmcare have been the absolute best. Thank you so much for a great service.

Would highly recommend, good communication, quick response. The 2 chaps who completed the work were polite, friendly and done brilliant job. I felt very comfortable leaving them at my home which is something I'm very weary about normally. They cleaned up before they left ,washed everything down. Excellent service by this company .

From first contact through to the end of our payment plan, Warmcare has been a pleasure to work with. It's incredibly easy to get in touch with them and their answers are clear and helpful. The work was prompt, tidy, and good. When I was a bit concerned about a couple of things, they came right around to check them out. They worked with us to find a payment plan we could handle with no interest, even though the amount wasn't even that large. This is the second time we've used them, and we'd definitely use them again.
