We had underfloor insulation fitted. Excellent friendly and efficient service from quotation stage to completion of work. Left everything clean and tidy and did a great job. Would happily recommend.

Very quick quote, good explanation of works with good level of detail to help make the choices. No pressure quote. Good communication with the installers and even the director of the company. Works was done very quick, 3 or 4 guys working well together. Left the place protected and cleaned up and took all rubbish and hoovered after.

After my initial enquiry regarding loft insulation, I quickly received a visit and survey. I was pleased to hear that the situation was not as bad as I had been told by a another company (which had cold-called me and visited) and that there was no need to remove the existing old insulation which could be re-used and topped up with new. In addition, fire-resistant spotlight covers and ventilation wedges were to be fitted. The work was carried out a week or so later by two guys who worked quickly and efficiently, tidied up very well, and were helpful in explaining what they were doing.

I have used Warmcare on three separate occasions. The first was to do the lounge underfloor insulation and internal walls. A few months later they did the internal wall insulation in the upstairs bedrooms and kitchen. More recently they installed underfloor Insulation in the kitchen, dining room and hall. Warmcare arrived on time, with the right material and tools to do the job. Their installation engineers were highly skilled and did a very high quality of installation work, which has made a big difference to the comfort levels in my 1960's house. I am extremely pleased with the result and I would highly recommend Warmcare to others. I received a first class service from Ollie and the team throughout the whole installation process.

I was a little nervous about using Warmcare but I was very pleasantly surprised. The whole experience from first contact to completion was very positive. Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful. The team that did the work were a pleasure to have around. They asked a few questions but apart from that just got on with it. Although it is only a couple of weeks since they finished and the work hasn't been tested by the elements or time it looks like they have done a good job. I have rated them a 4 for value as the price felt a little toppy in terms of time spent on site and materials but they were able to do the work on relatively short notice.

I had been trying to find a good local service to carry out this work, and was happy to see Warmcare listed through Which. We scheduled the survey and then Warmcare came back out a couple weeks later and removed and insulated the floor in my husband's office. Even though it's nearly summer the room has been so cold lately. We can already feel a massive improvement. The guys who carried out the job were friendly, efficient and tidy. We'll definitely be having Warmcare back out to do another 2 rooms in the house eventually as well.

Received a quote for loft insulation, boarding and installation of a loft hatch and ladder. The quote was very competitive and the work was completed in less than 2 days as promised. Guys were friendly, clean and tidy (they put down carpet protection and vacuumed at the end of every day). The work was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend.

A survey was carried out a quote arrived and a date was set .The men arrived they set to work all work was completed they were quick and considerate and cleaned up when finished would highly recommend them

They were brilliant from first contact through quote to work completion. Quote was really clear and straightforward. The men who completed the work were great, fast, considerate and high quality.

Very quick to respond to the initial query, come to the house & schedule the loft insulation work (all within a week). Very helpful - did some extra bits for £0 cost. Very friendly & tidy workmen. Excellent aftercare - after they left, we realised the ceiling lights were not working. They returned the same afternoon & sorted out the problem.

Warmcare insulation are an excellent company who completed a cavity wall insulation to our property. They turn up when agreed, work quickly and tidily and their prices are reasonable. They are also CIGA registered installers so customer benefits from a 25 year CIGA guarantee. They also provide good aftercare if there are any issues - the refill mortar where they had to remove a few bricks was darker than original and they came back and refilled it without question.

Loft insulation removal and replacement, plus installation of Loft Zone boarding system. The whole process from survey to completion was professional, efficient and a real pleasure. The team were first class, punctual, polite, tidy, friendly and helpful. All questions were answered fully, the standard of workmanship was high with no shortcuts, all completed to my satisfaction, on time, on cost, they certainly went the extra mile. Protection was installed to all carpets before work started and no damage was caused during the works. The carpets were vacuumed and all waste removed completely. The team done a great job of my loft, installing new boarding, more insulation and a plastic hatch and ladder. They cleared up after themselves. Polite and friendly. Our house was built in 1679, an extension was added in the 70's. The extension was were they worked. They worked to schedule and budget, with great efficiency. The workers were friendly and helpful, answering questions as they arose. There work method was very clean and tidy, minimising any dust and clearing up after completion. The effect of this work has been immediately evident in Warner and less humid rooms.
