This was my second Boiler Maintenance to be carried out on the new Worcestershire Boiler they installed for me 2 years ago. The work was carried out in a totally professional manner and I would recommend Warmer Homes to anyone who wants a new boiler or a service done. From Day 1, I was treated with respect and the process was explained to me in very easy to understand terms by the office and when the fitters came around they carried out the work without any bother at all. I have recently had an air source heat pump system installed to replace a gas central heating system. The performance of Warmer Homes was excellent in every respect. Steve did a very thorough technical assessment to determine the size of the HP required and arranged for me to see a working system. A preliminary visit with Andy and Will, who did the installation, identified where pipes would be run and new radiators fitted. Although they offered to move furniture as necessary to permit the work, I decided to do this where practical so that they could concentrate on the installation and they later said that this helped them. Andy and Will were everything you would hope for from craftsmen - they arrived promptly each day, worked extremely hard and to a very high standard. They were considerate, polite, tidy, well organised, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in employing this company again

I have no reservations in giving Warmer Homes the highest recommendation possible. They replaced our existing boiler with a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler in the loft. From the initial discussion with Steve about what type of boiler would suit our lifestyle and the best location for the new boiler, to the removal of the old system and the installation of the new boiler by Andy and Will, the project was managed and completed in a very professional manner. The new boiler was installed to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble, Andy and Will worked continuously under extreme weather conditions (30 degrees plus) without any complaints. They coped with our last-minute change of mind to locate the boiler in the loft (rather than the airing cupboard), they supplied a couple of extra manual valves to enable us to easily turn the cold-water feed to the boiler/cold taps off from within the airing cupboard, and also arranged for a colleague to come along on the second day to change our kitchen tap for a replacement which we had recently received but had not yet booked a plumber in to fit. All this extra work was done with no complaints at all from Andy or Will and amazingly at no additional cost to us. I have no complaints at all about the solution offered by Warmer Homes, and the manner in which it was installed. If you are looking for a boiler replacement then I suggest you look no further than Warmer Homes.

My elderly mother needed a new boiler and hot water tank urgently. I was very pleased with both the survey, which was very thorough and the installation, which was carried out very competently indeed. Both Dave and Rhys worked extremely hard, but with care, to complete the installation within 2 days, removing old pipework in an awkward situation. The new boiler, a Worcester Bosch, and tank look smart and neat. They also fitted thermostatic radiator valves and arranged things so that the towel rail / radiator in the bathroom no longer gets dangerously hot, and fitted a carbon monoxide alarm too. I must add that they were very considerate of my mother at all times and were a pleasure to have in the house. They cleaned up afterwards, replacing the floorboards and carpets expertly, so you would not know they had even been there.

The boiler was installed with care and thought. Pipe was neat and tidy. Fitter war caring and a pleasure to have in our home. he checked every thing he did. Could not have gone better.

I Got Warmer Homes To Install a new boiler For Me, After I read The "Which" review, They were well Founded. Replacing My "F" rated regular Boiler To a Worcester Bosh " A" Rated Combi. Steve came round and Quoted the job one evening which took approximately 45 minutes, advising me on what I needed, with out being pushy. The boys were punctual and polite on both days they were here. Putting Down Dust sheets where needed. Staying Clean and tidy as they went, this was a god send as I'd just had the Hall way & landing decorated. Extra thank you Steve & the guys who replaced my old shower at the last minute. With a really good one. I kept the Kettle going for the boys. Not only did they change the system, replacing the shower, also replaced 4 old Rads as well, Took Out Tank In The Loft, boiler In The Airing cupboard . being Polite and Courteous at all times and Funny as Well at times. Cracking on with it, singing at times as they go. I think your find it hard to find a team better in Essex. I understand they cover London & the Home Counties to the East. The only trouble i'm having is getting to grips with the New Heating Controls. but I'll get there. I

We used Warmer Homes to install a new boiler into our home, but as part of an ongoing extension we needed the new boiler located in a new position. This involved moving lots of pipes and working alongside our builders and tradesmen. Steve visited us ahead of the work starting and advised on the best boiler for us, based on our house size and water pressure. He was also able to advise on the size and number of radiators we would need in the new part of the house. During installation Rob from Warmer Homes was tidy and professional. I would definitely recommend Warmer Homes to my friends and family.
