Jonathan Warner was an extremely easy person to deal with when he visited our house to inspect the electrics just before Christmas. He has excellent knowledge about electrical circuits in the home, which he is only too happy to share. After the inspection, Jonathan sent a very comprehensive report about the condition of the electrics in our house which details all the good and bad things that exist, with clear indications on priority levels when repairs are undertaken.

Jonathan came to my property today as I had an issue with an external socket that went bang, smoked and tripped the circuit. He was sent by my home emergency cover provider. He firstly called me to assess the issue, explained potential causes, put my mind at rest and then booked the visit in for an appropriate time. He then turned up promptly and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He carefully worked out what the problem was and ensured that the electricals were left safe. He also gave me advice as to what follow up actions might be needed in the future. I was very happy with the service I received and have kept his details for future work.

My electrics failed on Saturday evening; the fuse box tripped the switch for the socket circuit. I had no sockets working throughout the house and the boiler went off so no heating or hot water. Rang the insurance and they sent an emergency service. The electrician who came was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He found the problem pretty quickly and had resolved it within 30mins Would definitely use this company again.

We lost all power whilst making an early morning cuppa. No fuses had tripped so we needed an emergency callout. John answered the phone before 08:30 in the morning and was up front about the possible timespan for finding and rectifying the issue, and the cost. We were very happy with the service Jonathan gave us. We asked for an electrical installation condition report on a property we sought to buy. His quote was competitive and based on relevant facts about the property, including a reasonable estimate of the time necessary for the inspection. His report was promptly sent and detailed, and included some photos. He offered to talk it through and carefully explained the nature and relative priority of different faults. We used this advice to negotiate the completion of remedial works, and the sellers were happy to contract Jonathan to inspect changes made and confirm to us their adequacy. We had a great experience as customers - Jonathan was responsive, helpful and easy to talk to. We'll seek a quote from him for any future electrical work.
