I am happy to have found Jonathan through Which?. He has done a few jobs for me, including a new consumer unit, external light, external sockets, additional internal sockets etc. On all occasions, Johnathan has been professional, personable and always happy to discuss the options fully. Each time, the work has been completed within budget and certificates provided.

I’ve used Jonathan more than once and have always found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Most recently, he completed a full kitchen rewire and installed ceiling lights upstairs where there were previously none. I’m extremely pleased with the results and grateful to Jonathan and the team for their hard work. I would happily use Warner Electrical Services again and would highly recommend them to others.

Jonathan and his very competent team of three fitted a new strorage heater for my tenant. They were punctual, friendly, helpful and explained what they were doing with the tenant and me. They left the flat clean. I got all the building reg paper work by the next day. The tenant had initial trouble and Jonathan was over in a flash and helped her sort it out. A very professional company and I highly recommend.

First time using Warner Electrical Services and I was impressed with Jonathan's work and efficiency. I needed socket/switch replacements and a new outside light replacement. Jonathan was polite and also helpful with other issues around the house. Nothing was too much trouble. I will have no hesitancy using him again.

Woke to find that the electric sockets in my study were not functioning, meaning I had no Wi-Fi, broadband, or power to all three double plug sockets in the room. Called Warner Electrical Services and spoke to Jonathan, and after quoting me a reasonable price to come out and do something to help. He turned up when he said he would and did a thorough investigation of the problem, and was able to solve the problem swiftly, and who knew! (I certainly didn't), I had a separate fuse for the plug sockets in the study, which, once checked and flipped up, meant everything worked as it should. Totally grateful to Jonathan. now all I have to do is put everything back in place in the room. Many thanks, Jonathan, for your help and advice. I have relabelled all the fuses appropriately now.

We had an unsatisfactory EICR with eight 'potentially dangerous' C2s that required urgent attention within 28 days. We obtained three quotes for the remedial action. The quote from Aspect which produced the original EICR was the most expensive and involved many non essential upgrades because upgrades are not retrospective. WarnerES is an NICEIC approved electrician who quoted for neccessary repairs to the C2s in the original EICR. The company advised me on the installation of junction boxes to hide wires and the installation of an IP66 waterproof security lighting and visually checked my work. WarnerES addressed the other C2s in the original EICR by filling the two holes in the enclosure with fireproof plugs restoring its IP rating, and replaced the RCDs with Type A RCDs. This was a considerable saving as compared to replacing the entire Consumer Unit with an upgraded metal enclosure. I was given a Minor Electrical Works Installation Certificate which when attached to the original EICR is valid for 5 years. The electrical work was completed within the expected three hours. I would employ WarnerES for any electrical work again.

We had an electrical issue at home, and the electrician came out quickly through our home emergency service. My father is disabled, and the gentleman was extremely respectful and made us a priority case. Very pleased with his professional, efficient service. Highly recommended!

Jonathan Warner was an extremely easy person to deal with when he visited our house to inspect the electrics just before Christmas. He has excellent knowledge about electrical circuits in the home, which he is only too happy to share. After the inspection, Jonathan sent a very comprehensive report about the condition of the electrics in our house which details all the good and bad things that exist, with clear indications on priority levels when repairs are undertaken.

Jonathan came to my property today as I had an issue with an external socket that went bang, smoked and tripped the circuit. He was sent by my home emergency cover provider. He firstly called me to assess the issue, explained potential causes, put my mind at rest and then booked the visit in for an appropriate time. He then turned up promptly and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He carefully worked out what the problem was and ensured that the electricals were left safe. He also gave me advice as to what follow up actions might be needed in the future. I was very happy with the service I received and have kept his details for future work.
