Andy had fitted a door for us before, which we were very happy with so when we needed our front windows and porch done we had no hesitation to ask him. He is a first class worker who knows his trade very well. He spent time discussing our needs, giving us his advice and helping us make our decisions. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Andy at Waterside Windows has supplied and installed a new composite front door. Andy throughout was very helpful, and explained all the different options I had. Andy tailored the door locks to suit my needs and went above and beyond to find me the right locks and door for me. Andy took great care in measuring up the door and this immediately gave me the confidence he would do a great job. Andy delivered on time and carried out an excellent service, and always remained professional. I am extremely happy with my new front door, Andy came back and put a strip in the inside of the door to tidy it up, along with fixing some skirting board which had come apart from due to the previous door. Would highly recommend Andy and Waterside Windows to anyone. We had all of our windows and doors replaced in the house and also a new side door, window and guttering to a very dishevelled looking garage. Both the house and the garage have been completely transformed. All the work was completed to a very high standard. Andy always arrived on time and worked very hard, always leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. We were kept fully informed of progress from quote to completion of the job. Andrew did a fantastic job with replacing my front door and a number of upstairs windows. He took down a canopy, installed a lintel and swapped the door so it opened inwards. It looks great and the replacement bricks and pointing are superb, plus the door frame wasn't level but he called everything out in advance and supplied a really good quality door too. Same thing with the windows, it's an old house but he dealt with the issues very professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Andy recently replaced our ageing conservatory with a new one complete with a warm roof system. From first contact a professional and helpful service with competitive quote ( which was honoured despite extra work and delays that were not his fault ) All work was explained and carried out in a professional manner to a very high standard, with minimal disruption to us, and everything tidied up each evening. The finished job is very good, and has solicited admiring comments. We are very happy with the conservatory and would recommend Waterside windows to anyone.

Andy replaced two large sash windows in the front bedroom. I was very concerned about the quality of the windows and the finish as we live in a condervation area. Andy sourced some great windows and fitted them to a high standard. He communicated well from first contact to job end, ensuring that I was aware of any issues and including me fully in discussion about resolving them. He asked me to look at things at various stages of the work and having decided on the final finish to the exterior edges, he went ahead. Part way through, he called me out to have a look and I changed my mind! Andy proceeded to go to a local supplier to source the materials to make the changes, un-did the work he had already completed and re-did it! He arrived to do the work as agreed and the job was completed on time, despite inclement weather. Overall, a personable, amenable, professional tradesman who showed respect for my home and worked to a very high standard.

We have used Andy on numerous occasions; Full window replacements & Glass replacements & glass measurements for a skylight...he has always been conscientious, honest, efficient and professional. His knowledge and experience is excellent, leaving you feeling comfortable and completely restful. The work is always perfect and if he has any doubts about a manufacturing fault he will replace even if it's not noticeable to the customer. We would recommend his expertise to anyone. Personally I wouldn't even bother getting other quotes!!

Waterside Windows recently fitted a total of 28 windows and 4 bi-fold doors for us, comprising whole house replacement windows and doors, together with all new external cladding, fascia, guttering and new bi-fold door installation to our summer house. Andy was very responsive and professional from initial contact through to the final install. Our installation was unusual in some respects due to the house design and use of timber cladding and surrounds, particularly on upper windows. However, Andy was happy to offer options and be flexible around requirements once the installation was underway. Andy was very conscientious and takes an obvious pride in his work. His timekeeping was excellent and we were kept up to date at all times. Andy honoured our original quotation and there were no nasty surprises in terms of the final invoice. We were very happy with the approach to the job and very appreciative of the additional work undertaken - some of which was strictly outside the scope of the original quotation. It is becoming rarer to find a company and honest individual who will go the extra mile and takes pride in their work. Andrew first came to see us to talk about a new roof for our conservatory. He explained what was involved, in detail, including the pros and cons of our choices. Andy has completed two jobs for us; replacing a patio door and windows. Andy removed the existing window from our bedroom, and replaced it with one which would allow us to escape in case of fire. He came to us quickly after we'd contacted him, and gave us a quotation which he stuck to. He contacted us throughout, keeping us informed of progress with having the window made and potential fitting date. When he did fit the window, he arrived at the time he'd said, worked efficiently and cleanly, and completed the job. Andrew Rose replaced a shabby wooden garage window and personal door with upvc double glazed units in a colour to match the house windows. He kept us informed of timings and turned up on time.
