Waterside Windows recently fitted a total of 28 windows and 4 bi-fold doors for us, comprising whole house replacement windows and doors, together with all new external cladding, fascia, guttering and new bi-fold door installation to our summer house. Andy was very responsive and professional from initial contact through to the final install. Our installation was unusual in some respects due to the house design and use of timber cladding and surrounds, particularly on upper windows. However, Andy was happy to offer options and be flexible around requirements once the installation was underway. Andy was very conscientious and takes an obvious pride in his work. His timekeeping was excellent and we were kept up to date at all times. Andy honoured our original quotation and there were no nasty surprises in terms of the final invoice. We were very happy with the approach to the job and very appreciative of the additional work undertaken - some of which was strictly outside the scope of the original quotation. It is becoming rarer to find a company and honest individual who will go the extra mile and takes pride in their work. We are very happy with the service provided and the finished install and would not hesitate to use and recommend Andy and Waterside Windows in the future.

Andrew first came to see us to talk about a new roof for our conservatory. He explained what was involved, in detail, including the pros and cons of our choices. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the work he did. Recently he has been back to our property to carry out repair work to a PVC door, window and guttering. All working perfectly now. His work is very precise. We works until he is happy with what he set out to do. He is focused, reliable and pleasant. He will explain what needs to be done and the cost of doing it. His invoices have been per his quotes. We have no hesitation at all in recommending him.

Andy has completed two jobs for us; replacing a patio door and windows. After discussing replacement options at length, Andy promptly provided a quote and subsequently completed the work to a very high standard. He’s a very neat and tidy worker, punctual and reliable. The windows and patio doors are good quality and we are very pleased with the overall appearance. Highly recommended.

Andy removed the existing window from our bedroom, and replaced it with one which would allow us to escape in case of fire. He came to us quickly after we'd contacted him, and gave us a quotation which he stuck to. He contacted us throughout, keeping us informed of progress with having the window made and potential fitting date. When he did fit the window, he arrived at the time he'd said, worked efficiently and cleanly, and completed the job. He even did a couple of running repairs on the bricks surrounding the window, despite that being outside his remit. We were totally delighted with his attitude, his professionalism and the finished work, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

From first coming to measure up for the job Andrew Rose was the consummate professional. He gave me two configurations and talked them through with me. He was always on time and, once when he was not, he rang to let me know he had to call at the yard first. It was a pleasure to have such a hardworking man do this work for me and I have already passed his name and number to a friend and a friend’s neighbour. I will always confidently recommend family and friends to use him because of his good work, professionalism, attention to detail and doing a clean and excellent job.

Andrew Rose replaced a shabby wooden garage window and personal door with upvc double glazed units in a colour to match the house windows. He kept us informed of timings and turned up on time. The job was completed to budget and in advance of schedule and carried out in an efficient and courteous manner and the place left tidy. He explained how the door lock worked and advised on aftercare. I'd have no hesitation in using his service again.

The double glazing panel above the front door had been accidentally damaged It is of non-standard shape. Andy Rose came, measured up, ordered and then fitted a new panel. The work was done in the promised time frame and on budget. This is the 3rd time we have used their services. Once for double glazed windows; once for installation of a conservatory and this last time for this much smaller job. Each time the work has been done within budget, cleanly and efficiently.
