We were delighted with the replacement windows from waterside.every aspect of the job was meticulous and carried out and they were good value and great quality.have already been singing Andy's praises to friends and relatives.can't fault anything and we were informed each step.

We needed some double glazed windows replaced and a new front door. These were all over 20 years old, the seals were failing and the door looked tired and had fallen a little. The units provided were of very high quality and have transformed the appearance of the house. The replacement of the roofline not only looks good but is now much easier to maintain. Communication was easy and the quote and planned work was simple to understand. Everything was completed in good time and to the agreed budget.

I have used Waterside Windows for a variety of jobs over the past 14 years. The quality of product and workmanship have always been first class. The price quoted is as competitive as what you can get anywhere. Andy is a true professional and always makes sure that the customer is happy with what they want. He has just replaced all the windows at our detached property. This included 2 bay windows & a set of french doors. The finished job looks so good. The attention to detail and finishing touches inside and outside are superb. During his time working at our property Andy always maintained social distancing & followed the Covid 19 protocol to the letter of the law. He even brought his own kettle to make his own hot drinks. Every day after completing his work Andy left everything tidy & wiped down surfaces he had been in contact with. Andy was always punctual, polite and kept us informed as to the progress of the job. I have no hesitation in recommending Waterside Windows.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy. He is a true professional whose work is exceptional. He was always prompt, courteous and pleasant. The two large bay windows that he fitted needed a lot of work but he dealt with them accordingly. The same with the front door and surrounding glass windows. He always cleared the rubbish after his days work was finished. Andy was vigorous in his cleaning of the UPVC and glass. Each day before he left everything that he had been in contact with was wiped. Covid19 rules were followed with no exceptions. I am highly satisfied with Andy's work. Work completed 10/12/2020.

Andy has just completed the replacement of 7 windows, one door and a set of french doors for us. The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard - and with no mess left behind! Andy himself was prompt, courteous, and always prepared to 'go the extra mile' when problems arose. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending him whenever the occasion arises.

Having previously used Andy to fit our front and rear doors and kitchen windows it’s was a no brainier to get in touch with Andy to price up our 5 windows and our soffit and guttering, After agreeing on price within the month Andy was back and within a day and half all 5 windows and the rear soffit and guttering had been replaced. This was no easy job for Andy as he had a fair amount of repairing and making the inside look as good as the windows but once again Andy exceeded our expectations with the quality of work and attention to detail and has transformed the look of the outside and inside and we couldn’t me more pleased. We would highly recommend Andy to anybody who wants quality service from a local tradesman

We were impressed with Andy Rose from the first visit. He explained in detail how the work would progress. He discussed alternatives with us and he was in no way pushy. We were left to consider exactly what we wanted armed with information and advice. Communication was good, we were kept informed of progress re the making of the roof and delivery. During the installation work he was courteous and pleasant. He removed all the waste/rubbish and cleaned the conservatory floor etc before he left. We are happy with the new roof. We believe we made a good choice as to the product and the installer.

Andy has previously fitted our Front door and 3 windows, we were so pleased with his service we contacted him to fit our back door. He works to such a high standard, and is so polite and treats your home with respect at all times. He is true to his word and arrives on time and keeps you informed at all times. We would recommend him to anyone, especially during this Covid crisis; he is very mindful of observing all protocols with regard to social distancing and cleanliness. We are in the process of having more windows fitted and Waterside Windows will be our first choice.

We have never used an independent trader before, but after reading recommendations, and Andy living locally, we requested a quote for replacement window, french doors and a conservatory. Andy came and quoted straight after lock down lifted, and was extremely careful and followed guidelines. We were pleased that he listened to our ideas but gave professional advice and recommendations on products available. Work was completed as per quote to a high spec, and completed as soon as possible given that supply issues arose beyond his control. Andy remained professional at all times. His work is exceptional, discussing any snags or issues to ensure that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy always tidied up and removed all rubbish. He thoroughly cleaned and polished all windows and doors after completion and the result was fantastic. We cannot praise his workmanship enough. His dedication to the job and his sense of humour throughout, enabled it to be for us to be a pleasurable and memorable experience. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

I had previously asked Andy to carry out a small roofing job and had been impressed by his courteous attitude and the quality of his work. I wanted to replace our entrance door and side windows and was keen to use an independent trader. Andy was helpful without ever being pushy and as the initial consultation began during the covid crisis he respected the social distancing regulations at all times. We agreed on a price and an approximate start date. He telephoned me the day before installation and turned up on time on the day. As is usual with work of this nature a couple of minor issues cropped up during the day and again Andy's expertise and experience soon had them resolved. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and his meticulous attention to detail really has to be seen, even down to finally wiping down every surface he had touched with a sanitizing agent.
