Andy has previously fitted our Front door and 3 windows, we were so pleased with his service we contacted him to fit our back door. He works to such a high standard, and is so polite and treats your home with respect at all times. He is true to his word and arrives on time and keeps you informed at all times. We would recommend him to anyone, especially during this Covid crisis; he is very mindful of observing all protocols with regard to social distancing and cleanliness. We are in the process of having more windows fitted and Waterside Windows will be our first choice.

We have never used an independent trader before, but after reading recommendations, and Andy living locally, we requested a quote for replacement window, french doors and a conservatory. Andy came and quoted straight after lock down lifted, and was extremely careful and followed guidelines. We were pleased that he listened to our ideas but gave professional advice and recommendations on products available. Work was completed as per quote to a high spec, and completed as soon as possible given that supply issues arose beyond his control. Andy remained professional at all times. His work is exceptional, discussing any snags or issues to ensure that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy always tidied up and removed all rubbish. He thoroughly cleaned and polished all windows and doors after completion and the result was fantastic. We cannot praise his workmanship enough. His dedication to the job and his sense of humour throughout, enabled it to be for us to be a pleasurable and memorable experience. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

I had previously asked Andy to carry out a small roofing job and had been impressed by his courteous attitude and the quality of his work. I wanted to replace our entrance door and side windows and was keen to use an independent trader. Andy was helpful without ever being pushy and as the initial consultation began during the covid crisis he respected the social distancing regulations at all times. We agreed on a price and an approximate start date. He telephoned me the day before installation and turned up on time on the day. As is usual with work of this nature a couple of minor issues cropped up during the day and again Andy's expertise and experience soon had them resolved. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and his meticulous attention to detail really has to be seen, even down to finally wiping down every surface he had touched with a sanitizing agent.

Over the last few years Andy has replaced all our windows and 3 doors including a stable door. In all cases the work was done promptly and efficiently to an excellent high standard. We cannot recommend Andy highly enough. Our neighbours have now used him and are also pleased.

I have used the company now to fit windows in 3 different rooms and they all look great. Andy turns up on times for quotes and to complete work and always leaves the areas he has worked as tidy as possible. I have another 5 windows which need replacing and will be using this company again

Andy replaced a window for me today. He has done a great job and kept us informed on what the job entailed. A clean and professional finish. He had previously replaced Windows, front door and patio doors to a high standard for one of my family members therefore I knew that we were in safe hands. I would highly recommend him.

We have used Andy a couple of times now. Firstly he installed a glass conservatory roof, he has now just replaced our windows. Both times he has been professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. We had a family bereavement and had to leave home to it a couple of days. I would highly recommend him.

We have just had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by waterside windows and the results are excellent. They worked hard, were friendly and professional and always cleared up at the end of each day. It was a big job in awful weather but the attention to detail and finish is fantastic. It's the second time this company have done work for us and we would use them again and recommend.

Andy has fitted new windows for me in the past. The price quoted was kept to, the installation dates didn’t move, there was no mess and little disruption and 2 years down the line I’m still very happy with the windows. Today he fitted new locks into all my house doors, gave me various options and completed the works with no fuss. Would highly recommend him for all window and door requirements.
