Andrew did a fantastic job with replacing my front door and a number of upstairs windows. He took down a canopy, installed a lintel and swapped the door so it opened inwards. It looks great and the replacement bricks and pointing are superb, plus the door frame wasn't level but he called everything out in advance and supplied a really good quality door too. Same thing with the windows, it's an old house but he dealt with the issues very professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Andy recently replaced our ageing conservatory with a new one complete with a warm roof system. From first contact a professional and helpful service with competitive quote ( which was honoured despite extra work and delays that were not his fault ) All work was explained and carried out in a professional manner to a very high standard, with minimal disruption to us, and everything tidied up each evening. The finished job is very good, and has solicited admiring comments. We are very happy with the conservatory and would recommend Waterside windows to anyone.

Andy replaced two large sash windows in the front bedroom. I was very concerned about the quality of the windows and the finish as we live in a condervation area. Andy sourced some great windows and fitted them to a high standard. He communicated well from first contact to job end, ensuring that I was aware of any issues and including me fully in discussion about resolving them. He asked me to look at things at various stages of the work and having decided on the final finish to the exterior edges, he went ahead. Part way through, he called me out to have a look and I changed my mind! Andy proceeded to go to a local supplier to source the materials to make the changes, un-did the work he had already completed and re-did it! He arrived to do the work as agreed and the job was completed on time, despite inclement weather. Overall, a personable, amenable, professional tradesman who showed respect for my home and worked to a very high standard.

We have used Andy on numerous occasions; Full window replacements & Glass replacements & glass measurements for a skylight...he has always been conscientious, honest, efficient and professional. His knowledge and experience is excellent, leaving you feeling comfortable and completely restful. The work is always perfect and if he has any doubts about a manufacturing fault he will replace even if it's not noticeable to the customer. We would recommend his expertise to anyone. Personally I wouldn't even bother getting other quotes!!

Waterside Windows recently fitted a total of 28 windows and 4 bi-fold doors for us, comprising whole house replacement windows and doors, together with all new external cladding, fascia, guttering and new bi-fold door installation to our summer house. Andy was very responsive and professional from initial contact through to the final install. Our installation was unusual in some respects due to the house design and use of timber cladding and surrounds, particularly on upper windows. However, Andy was happy to offer options and be flexible around requirements once the installation was underway. Andy was very conscientious and takes an obvious pride in his work. His timekeeping was excellent and we were kept up to date at all times. Andy honoured our original quotation and there were no nasty surprises in terms of the final invoice. We were very happy with the approach to the job and very appreciative of the additional work undertaken - some of which was strictly outside the scope of the original quotation. Andrew first came to see us to talk about a new roof for our conservatory. He explained what was involved, in detail, including the pros and cons of our choices. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the work he did. Recently he has been back to our property to carry out repair work to a PVC door, window and guttering. All working perfectly now. Andy has completed two jobs for us; replacing a patio door and windows. Andy removed the existing window from our bedroom, and replaced it with one which would allow us to escape in case of fire. He came to us quickly after we'd contacted him, and gave us a quotation which he stuck to. Andrew Rose replaced a shabby wooden garage window and personal door with upvc double glazed units in a colour to match the house windows. He kept us informed of timings and turned up on time. The job was completed to budget and in advance of schedule and carried out in an efficient and courteous manner and the place left tidy. He explained how the door lock worked and advised on aftercare. I'd have no hesitation in using his service again.

The double glazing panel above the front door had been accidentally damaged It is of non-standard shape. Andy Rose came, measured up, ordered and then fitted a new panel. The work was done in the promised time frame and on budget. This is the 3rd time we have used their services. Once for double glazed windows; once for installation of a conservatory and this last time for this much smaller job. Each time the work has been done within budget, cleanly and efficiently.

I had 16 windows and a patio door replaced by Andy. He came on the agreed days to carry out the work and it was all completed on time with no fuss, mess or issues. We needed some double glazed windows replaced and a new front door. These were all over 20 years old, the seals were failing and the door looked tired and had fallen a little. The units provided were of very high quality and have transformed the appearance of the house. The replacement of the roofline not only looks good but is now much easier to maintain. Having previously used Andy to fit our front and rear doors and kitchen windows it’s was a no brainier to get in touch with Andy to price up our 5 windows and our soffit and guttering, After agreeing on price within the month Andy was back and within a day and half all 5 windows and the rear soffit and guttering had been replaced. This was no easy job for Andy as he had a fair amount of repairing and making the inside look as good as the windows but once again Andy exceeded our expectations with the quality of work and attention to detail and has transformed the look of the outside and inside and we couldn’t me more pleased. We were impressed with Andy Rose from the first visit. He explained in detail how the work would progress. He discussed alternatives with us and he was in no way pushy. We were left to consider exactly what we wanted armed with information and advice. Communication was good, we were kept informed of progress re the making of the roof and delivery. During the installation work he was courteous and pleasant. He removed all the waste/rubbish and cleaned the conservatory floor etc before he left. We are happy with the new roof. We believe we made a good choice as to the product and the installer.

Andy has previously fitted our Front door and 3 windows, we were so pleased with his service we contacted him to fit our back door. He works to such a high standard, and is so polite and treats your home with respect at all times. He is true to his word and arrives on time and keeps you informed at all times. We have never used an independent trader before, but after reading recommendations, and Andy living locally, we requested a quote for replacement window, french doors and a conservatory. Andy came and quoted straight after lock down lifted, and was extremely careful and followed guidelines. We were pleased that he listened to our ideas but gave professional advice and recommendations on products available. Work was completed as per quote to a high spec, and completed as soon as possible given that supply issues arose beyond his control. Andy remained professional at all times. I had previously asked Andy to carry out a small roofing job and had been impressed by his courteous attitude and the quality of his work. I wanted to replace our entrance door and side windows and was keen to use an independent trader. Andy was helpful without ever being pushy and as the initial consultation began during the covid crisis he respected the social distancing regulations at all times. We agreed on a price and an approximate start date. He telephoned me the day before installation and turned up on time on the day. As is usual with work of this nature a couple of minor issues cropped up during the day and again Andy's expertise and experience soon had them resolved. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and his meticulous attention to detail really has to be seen, even down to finally wiping down every surface he had touched with a sanitizing agent.
