We have a problem with groundwater entering our house foundations. I had unsuccessfully tried several local builders to come and suggest/quote for a remedy to the situation, but to no avail. I phoned Watertight Homes and had an appointment for a survey within a week. Mathew arrived at the time agreed and after inspecting the situation recommended that we did not need to have any work done. We could leave well alone as there would be no ill effects on our house. This was a great relief to my wife and I. His open and frank explanation, with no pressure to invent a reason for a possibly costly repair, was simple and easy to understand. We were also not charged for the time he spent with us. A truly honest and open company. I would recommend Watertight Homes to anybody who has a damp/water entry problem in their dwelling.

We had this company out to review a possible damp problem. The man that came was honest and advised we did have damp but damp proofing would not help he gave us tips on how to resolve this all services that he could not provide himself. We had a quote by another company the week before quoting £650 for a problem that didn’t exist! Would definitely recommend and will use in the future if we have any further issues

Came promptly to cure our two small damp problems. Very polite workmen. Matthew came out straight away when I didn't understand the process and explained everything satisfactorily. He was very reassuring and even got his staff to do some work at no extra cost. Matthew phoned to make sure all was completed correctly.

We had problems with damp appearing on walls and floor. We contacted a firm previously who diagnosed rising damp - a huge problem and quoted £5,000 to correct it, depending on what they found once the work started. We decided on a second opinion and contacted Watertight Homes Limited (through your trusted trader's website) and Matthew came within 36 hours. He did a thorough inspection inside and out and concluded it was a serious internal leak. He suggested contacting our plumber and also our insurance company. Matthew was professional, friendly and did not make any charge for his service. We have since had the leak repaired and have had the problem assessed by our insurance company. Unfortunately, the problem is serious, but the correct diagnosis by Matthew saved us a lot of unnecessary work and expense. We have no hesitation in recommending Watertight Homes Limited.

Watertight attended to the issue in quickly and under warranty and advised a maintenance program moving forward.

Just had a damp proof course in part of our old house. The team were on time daily, extremely friendly and professional and did a first class job. Would highly recommend really really pleased with the outcome.
