Reece and his team were highly accommodating throughout all completion date negotiations, being flexible and communicative at all times. On the day of the move, the team were polite and friendly as well as incredibly efficient. 3D tetris experts no doubt. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the Birmingham area looking for a removal company.

We were so glad that we booked with We Move SC. They really did take the stress out of moving. Nothing was a problem, and they remained super professional and jolly. We were pretty last minute with our move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned out to be manageable because of how helpful and knowledgeable the team was. I have used this company twice now, once to move an elderly relative with dementia from Sutton Coldfield, to an assisted living complex in Oxfordshire, and then a 5 bed family move from Sutton Coldfield to South Derbyshire. On both occasions the whole process has been absolutely hassle-free, seamless .......and almost enjoyable. Reece (one of the owners) has managed the quotation and booking process perfectly and been extremely accommodating and helpful throughout. The office have been efficient and extremely pleasant and polite to deal with at all times. The highest praise however should go to the team of packers and movers who are really exceptional. They are unbelievably hard working and efficient, whilst being incredibly professional, expert, polite, considerate and understanding at all times. Their customer service skills really are second to none. From a personal perspective they have turned daunting prospects into completely seamless processes. Given that moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, it is such a relief and a pleasant surprise for this element to be so good. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Despite our quote being so long before we moved, 11 months there was no increase to the original price quoted, amazing! What a great team that moved us, polite, efficient, on time, despite travelling nearly 230 miles, arrived still as cheery and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. What a superb company, I cannot thank them enough!

We Move moved me over 80 miles to a new location, involving full packing service. I had met several removal firms and not until I met thwm did I feel comfortable to agree to a contract: he took the time to understand my worries and concerns - and promised me a stress free move. And - he delivered! The amazing crew packed my entire house on day one and moved me on day two. The service was beyond anything I expected. The packing was done with care and respect and the moving made easy. I felt completely safe and comfortable at every point and the checks through each room just showed the professionalism of this company. Cannot rate highly enough. Book them book them!

We Move were outstanding with our relocation, which was very problematic. They took all of our furniture into storage at less than a days notice, considering they were booked to move us to our new home. The move out was faultless, to time and without any drama. They then moved us into our new home when we eventually completed. Again they moved mountains to get us in with 2 days notice and again faultless. My wife and I couldn't sing their praises loud enough. This took so much away from the very stressful conveyance and made our move a doddle. Highly recommend.
