Booked Billy to repair the boiler. £130 was the call-out charge but charged me £140?!? Was supposed to come back and finish the job (broken pipe) but did not show up last Saturday and Monday. no courtesy call was made...absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed with the service. I would like my money back, please.

9 days ago I emailed Bilal to ask whether he could visit me to advise me about replacing the pressure vessel on my unusual French boiler which had been losing pressure. He replied the next day and said that he would be happy to visit me the following week. In the meantime, I found that the boiler was showing an unexpected fault. I sent details to Bilal, and I told him that I had been able to get the boiler working again by pressing the reset button. Bilal visited me today, on his way home from another job. As soon as I opened the door to welcome Bilal, he immediately started to ask about the history of my unique 1865 cottage in a secret garden. We could have talked all day, but he told me that his family meal was waiting for him at his home which is 3 miles away from my home. He carefully removed the cover from the boiler and gave it a thorough inspection. He advised me to monitor the boiler every day and let him know if any fault messages appear on the display. He also advised me to keep a log of the pressure. He then told me that I wouldn’t need to pay a call out charge because he was on his way home, and he had thoroughly enjoyed the experience of my unique cottage! In the short time that he was here, it was clear that he is a highly knowledgeable professional with a wide range of experience, as well as being genuinely friendly and good humoured. I’m looking forward to welcoming Bilal again.

Very friendly and professional, even arrived early to service my Viessmann boiler. Couldn't have wished for more, exceptionally skilled and trustworthy. Bilal also provided the lowest quote for the service. Very good value for money. I would recommend Bilal for any and all plumbing work and will definitely be seeing him again next year.

Bilal came highly recommended through another contact and the job was to install a new cylinder and associated pipework to the boiler. I think we have been discussing it for months. I was very pleased with the installation, he is very articulate, tidy, conscientious, and very easy to work with. When it was all commissioned everything worked as expected. I did feel that I got value for money as it is really hard finding good people and I will be contacting him again for any future work that I have.

I called Bill with an emergency radiator leak in a block of flats. He was helpful, and although on another job, gave a good estimated time he could attend the flat later that same evening. Arrived promptly and managed to sort the leak and fix the radiator. Good humoured and amiable. Thanks for your help, highly recommended, would use again. Five stars.

I found Bilal via this site, not realising until later that my husband had previously found him via the Worcester Bosch site for another job! Discovered a leaking tap on the filling loop on Monday afternoon, so called Bilal to see if he could come and look at it. He advised that he could come out that evening, but that there was an extra charge for emergency evening call outs, so suggested he come on Tuesday morning instead. We were happy to wait. He was able to fix the problem there and then as he had the part on his van, but fully explained the different scenarios we might find in the coming days. All in all he was very efficient, friendly and great value. We will use him again!

Bilal is a great contractor and very personable. He came and did a new boiler quote for me. It is a tricky upgrade and he did a thorough check on everything to see what was suitable and the best plan of action. He also helped me when I later phoned for boiler advice unrelated to the quote. I am weighing up my options moving forward but wouldn't hesitate to contact Bilal for any future work unrelated to a boiler upgrade.

Our plumber was very helpful. Initially he removed the broken shower and capped off the pipes. It was impossible to fit the new shower at first as tiles needed replacing. Our plumber found us a replacement shower and came back to fit it. It was a difficult job, but he has completed it to a very high standard. The price charged was fair and good value, given the quality of service.

I found him to be very thorough in his recommendations of the boiler to meet our household needs. It's quite difficult to find a good plumber so I contacted Bilal because he was listed in 'Which'. He responded immediately, came to discuss what I needed, and provided knowledge and advice. He gave a detailed costing for a replacement boiler at a very competitive price. Bilal fitted the boiler, making a very neat job of the pipework, leaving everything tidy and explaining how to use the controls. Very helpful and highly recommended.

This is my second time hiring Bilal and I would recommend him to everyone. He came to fix a few of our radiators and I was really impressed with the care he took, not only with the job, but with my house. He was careful to wipe even little spills that I would normally have taken care of myself. He was quick with his work. I appreciated him doing a final round of checks to make sure there weren't any problems. There was a remaining issue with one of the radiators and he stayed longer to fix it. We had had no hot water for a couple of days when we called Bilal out. He was really good - identified the issue (a broken pump), replaced the faulty part and then tested it all. He asked if we wanted him to explain what the issue was and how he’d sorted it which we did - it was helpful to know where the system had been faulty. We really liked Bilal’s approach - friendly, professional and very clear in explaining. We’ll definitely be getting in touch with him to ask him to service our boiler in the summer as when you’ve found someone good, you want to hang on to them!

Responded to our loss of hot water on a Sunday and got our boiler going again. When we then decided to install a new boiler, Bilal provided a competitive quote and carried out the work efficiently and tidily and explained the workings of the new boiler and controls all in a friendly and helpful manner.
