Webley Heating is a friendly family run business established in 1971 by Alan Webley. The company is now run by his son, Mark, and consists of a team of seven employees.

We undertake many contracts in the Dorset and Hampshire areas, ranging from general household boiler servicing and repairs, domestic boiler installations to larger projects for commercial businesses and institutions.

Over the last 45 years the quality and reliability of our work has been reflected in the many letters received from satisfied customers.

Webley Heating is Gas Safe Registered, Worcester Accredited and Baxi Accredited and also a member of the Institute of Plumbing and Heating.

Webley Heating replaced my existing combi boiler with a new one and the work was all completed in one day. They also installed a Hive smart thermostat.Very prompt with the quote and excellent customer service throughout.I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mark is a dedicated helper and sorter-out of problems. I have used him and his very able team on many occasions and cannot praise them highly enough. He is tireless in sorting out problems, and kind and considerate as well. He recently pulled all the stops out to help me get a gas meter problem sorted out quickly and just how I wanted - with a new old-fashioned meter (I'm not ready to go over to a smart meter). Last year 2 of his team replaced all the hot water pipes in my rather large house and their expertise and consideration were exemplary. Very highly recommended.

The team were truly great throughout. The reception team were super quick to get back to enquiries and very proactive. Then when it came to the service it was truly great, Mark took so much time running through the items we had but also sharing his knowledge so I could really understand things. Super thorough and on top of that a lovely guy and company to come across.

We found Webley Heating via Checkatrade after requesting a number of quotes. We will definitely be using their services again. Mark serviced our Worcester Bosch boiler and identified 2 problems which his colleague fixed the next day. In addition a new central heating radiator was supplied and fitted on that second day. Mark’s administrator kept us fully informed about the dates and times of visits as well as providing timely estimates and invoices. Webley Heating is clearly a very efficient company based close to us. We are delighted with work, the tidying up, the attention to detail, the timeliness and the respectful attitude of the team. During the first consultation with Mark, he was friendly, helpful and very efficient. He spent plenty of time understanding the requirements. The booking in experience was smooth and although Mark had to change some dates, he communicated these changes well. The work was carried out to a great standard. I'm really pleased with my new boiler and radiators. The plumbers that carried out the work were friendly and professional and cleared up after themselves very well. Would 100% recommend Webley Heating and will use them again in the future.

Mark had to drain down and removing the existing Glow-worm Easicom gas boiler. For supply and fitting Glow-worm Microcom gas boiler. He also had to fit 1 metre flue extension due to the thickness of the wall. The work was carried out very efficiently with no mess at all. The work was done quickly and I found Mark to be helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very good job!

Mark Webley listened to my requirements and advised me accordingly. He was patient and honest; and he, and his staff were always cheerful, friendly and polite. The work was to the agreed schedule and budget. I was assured of any backup requirements needed including any worries or questions that I might have on my mind. The reception staff were always very helpful and understanding, and the whole team carried out what they said they would. All in all an extremely good job well done.
