Webley Heating is a friendly family run business established in 1971 by Alan Webley. The company is now run by his son, Mark, and consists of a team of seven employees.

We undertake many contracts in the Dorset and Hampshire areas, ranging from general household boiler servicing and repairs, domestic boiler installations to larger projects for commercial businesses and institutions.

Over the last 45 years the quality and reliability of our work has been reflected in the many letters received from satisfied customers.

Webley Heating is Gas Safe Registered, Worcester Accredited and Baxi Accredited and also a member of the Institute of Plumbing and Heating.

I have known trader's for many years via mutual clients. My job was carried out under difficult conditions (I am in hospital) at short notice. A new boiler was fitted to old system, plus at today's regulation.

Mark came round to give a quote for replacing our existing boiler arrived on time look at what work was required emailed me the quote satisfied with the cost the work took two days both the engineers were very polite and tidy cleared all the rubbish every day and when they completed the installation went through the controls with us. I would highly recommend Webley Heating.

We’ve used Webley’s ourselves for years and have always been delighted with their work. My elderly mum’s boiler packed up and although she lives 45mins away I was so relieved that Webley’s could help. I would not have trusted anyone else to work there with mum being alone. Not only did they do a fabulous job in less time than quoted to completely replace the boiler and other broken parts but they did it within a couple of working days of my call. Thanks Webley’s my mum thinks you’re fantastic so that’s good enough for me!

Mark was extremely helpful throughout especially when the job kept changing at the beginning and he had to redo estimates several times. The flat needed a total refit of the bathroom and toilet, and also new heating, kitchen and changes to electrics as well as various other jobs. He recommended other tradespeople (all of whom I have been very pleased with). He liaised with them for me - effectively managing that part of the flat refurbishment. The tiler had some personal issues which meant there were delays and he was not able to complete the job. Mark kept me informed and found a substitute. There was a problem with one of the taps which Pat managed to trace and sort - spending a long time but refusing to be defeated. This saved me having to go back to the suppliers. Customer service provided by the whole team was excellent.

Mark Webley listened to my requirements and advised me accordingly. He was patient and honest; and he, and his staff were always cheerful, friendly and polite. The work was to the agreed schedule and budget. I was assured of any backup requirements needed including any worries or questions that I might have on my mind. The reception staff were always very helpful and understanding, and the whole team carried out what they said they would. All in all an extremely good job well done.

Mark had to drain down and removing the existing Glow-worm Easicom gas boiler. For supply and fitting Glow-worm Microcom gas boiler. He also had to fit 1 metre flue extension due to the thickness of the wall. The work was carried out very efficiently with no mess at all. The work was done quickly and I found Mark to be helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very good job!

Webley Heating arrived on time and worked through the day completing the booked work and the extra work they were asked to do on arrival. This was a new rad and pipe work. The weather complicated the needed outside work and this was completed on the following day. When they left you could only tell they had been here by the new boiler and radiator. We were very pleased by the work and care taken at all times during this difficult period. There was a follow up call several days later to check all was well it is.

During the first consultation with Mark, he was friendly, helpful and very efficient. He spent plenty of time understanding the requirements. The booking in experience was smooth and although Mark had to change some dates, he communicated these changes well. The work was carried out to a great standard. I'm really pleased with my new boiler and radiators. The plumbers that carried out the work were friendly and professional and cleared up after themselves very well. Would 100% recommend Webley Heating and will use them again in the future.

The team were truly great throughout. The reception team were super quick to get back to enquiries and very proactive. Then when it came to the service it was truly great, Mark took so much time running through the items we had but also sharing his knowledge so I could really understand things. Phoned me before arriving. Arrived on time. Took apart Baxi back boiler to find fault, as pilot light wouldn't light. Explained problem thoroughly and explained I would need to update to a Combi boiler soon. Excellent service.
