We have had no issues since our alarm system was installed several years ago, and had a service carried out this year with no need to replace any of the batteries in the sensors. The Service Engineer was helpful and efficient, I would recommend Welwyn Garden City alarms to anyone seeking a good and reliable service.

We have used Welwyn Garden Alarms Ltd, previously Sentry Alarms, to service our alarm for 20 plus years. They have also installed our CCTV system. We have always had an excellent working relationship with the company. Always courteous and polite staff, both in office and in the field. Engineers knowledgeable, timely and respectful to us and our home. Would recommend to anyone and give a 5 star rating to them

We've used Welwyn Garden Alarms for 8 years. Their service is always efficient and courteous. It is easy to reach someone on the phone and there are always plenty of appointment options (for both services and maintenance work). All the engineers that come to our home are prompt, respectful and polite. Our alarm system is also very reliable and low cost to maintain. Would absolutely recommend.

I was with one of the national firms for several years. I had an issue with the system at Christmas, and the customer service was shocking. So I did what customers do; I took my custom elsewhere. From the first contact, Welwyn Garden Alarm LTD was brilliant. An old-school customer service orientated company that has new school technology. Perfect!
