We have had no issues since our alarm system was installed several years ago, and had a service carried out this year with no need to replace any of the batteries in the sensors. The Service Engineer was helpful and efficient, I would recommend Welwyn Garden City alarms to anyone seeking a good and reliable service.

We've used Welwyn Garden Alarms for 8 years. Their service is always efficient and courteous. It is easy to reach someone on the phone and there are always plenty of appointment options (for both services and maintenance work). All the engineers that come to our home are prompt, respectful and polite. Our alarm system is also very reliable and low cost to maintain. Would absolutely recommend.

I was with one of the national firms for several years. I had an issue with the system at Christmas, and the customer service was shocking. So I did what customers do; I took my custom elsewhere. From the first contact, Welwyn Garden Alarm LTD was brilliant. An old-school customer service orientated company that has new school technology. Perfect!

We have used Sentry Alarms for a numbber of years, and they provided us with outstanding service at all times. The Company was sold to Welwyn Garden Alarms, and they have even raised the bar further, providing excellent service, and in the event of any questions about products, they very often reply by return. They are easy to deal with, and the engineers who attend site for testing, are all polite and efficient . Can't rate them highly enough!

We checked Which? for burglar alarms after we had had a burglary and found Pyronix was a best buy. Welwyn Alarms are a local Which? Trusted Trader so we called them for advice. Peter came within a day and suggested a Pyronix system that would give us good security without being 'over the top'. Although the complete system couldn't be fitted for a month they fitted the outside boxes within the following two days as a deterrent. The system was completed by Tom in half a day and so far has worked perfectly with no false alarms. The work was carried out with no mess and all concerned turned up within a few minutes of the time stated.

I'm so pleased with my intruder and smoke alarm system that has been fitted by Welwyn Garden Alarms. A truly reliable systems with very friendly engineers who are dedication to customer service. They ensured that all the wiring was so neat and tidy, you wouldnÍt even know and fitted all the sensors and boxes in convenient places for our family. The system is very easy to use and has different levels of detection depending on your personal needs (for example pets, part sleep set). The speech dialler provides us with a real piece of mind that in the event of an activation the unit automatically calls and texts us so we are aware of the incident. Initially it seems like a high expense but worth every penny. I donÍt think you can put a price on the safety of yourself and your home.
