We have used Wembley Windows twice in the last 4 months to replace windows and french doors. Both times their quotes were very good value. Installation was prompt, very professional and impressive quality. There were one or two very small niggles - but these were dealt with very quickly at no extra cost to us. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend. The builders worked hard from start to finish and were prepared to 'go the extra mile' to ensure the job was done well (the door in particular was not easy to install). They even worked late into the evening to get everything done in one day, cleaned up afterwards and took all the rubbish away. Courteous and polite with a real 'can-do' approach. Great value for money too.

We decided to have a conservatory built & selected Wembley Windows. Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship & professionalism of everyone involved. After everyday they left the site as clean & tidy as possible. Minor problems that did arise were sorted out as soon as possible. We needed all our very old uPVC windows replaced and contacted Wembley Windows after our neighbour recommended them. From start to finish their service was excellent. Unlike previous quotes we'd had from the big brand companies there was no hard sell and the price was very competitive. The fitters were on time, professional and very efficient. For a 2 and a half day job, they worked really hard to get the job done in 1 and a half and when finished left everything clean and tidy. They even took the time to sort out our clunky back door which now opens and closes smoothly! Highly recommended.

We needed to replace an external wooden door and side panel of a basement property and spoke to five different companies. Wembley Windows was excellent from the first phone call, to emails, quote (competitive pricing), site survey and door installation. From beginning to end communication was very good as was customer service. The new UPVC door was installed within a month of quote approval, and the quality of the door and their workmanship are excellent. The fitters were punctual, professional, tidy and clean. Our tenant is very happy with the new door and we are happy to have found an outstanding company!

Wembley Windows took out the old windows and installed two new windows. The technician worked quietly and tidied up any mess as he worked. I was very satisfied with the new windows which were exactly as I had agreed from meeting sales person. They did the installation a lot sooner than I had expected, which was good for me. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner from the start to the finish. The initial visit from Richard to estimate the job and then ensure it was carried out as quickly as possible set a high standard that was continued by the surveyor and by the installer, who arrived punctually (if anything, slightly early) and completed the job single-handed in about 3 hours. We were quoted a fair price by Peter Jackson who came to assess the job. He was very friendly and professional and we were happy to go ahead as discussed. There was an initial hitch with the measurements, but this was quickly resolved by 'Mark' who re-measured and we were then given a new date for installation. We needed some advice about door handles and glass panels and spoke to 'Andy' in the office who was also very accommodating. The installation process was carried out by 'Cosmin' who is a true craftsman and we were delighted with the finished result. We would highly recommend Wembley Windows. They are a trustworthy company with very high standards of service which in this day and age is very hard to find and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.
