I discovered Wembley Windows through Which and chose them because they had good reviews and they're local to us. We'd needed new front windows for over a decade and were nervous about taking the plunge. Stewart who came round to give a quote was very nice, very clear and very quick and the quote was in line with what we expected. Exactly two months after measuring up, a team of two arrived early in the morning. After laying floor protection throughout, the old windows were out within half an hour. The new windows were installed and sealed and our home left clean after seven hours. They did a fantastic job. We replaced rotting wooden sash windows with UPVC sash windows. I used to turn my nose up at plastic, but they are the business, no question. They look elegant and modern and they won't rot. They also have a tilting mechanism so they're easy to clean from the inside. Bravo Wembley Windows - absolutely brilliant.

I have just replaced this window with upvc after 20years living here. I was very nervous about changing it because of scaffolding and living in conservation area. The guys were very good and it took about 3 hours to do. I am very pleased because it will be a lot warmer in my home. Definitely recommend

We used Wembley Windows as a neighbour had used them 10 years ago and was still happy with the work. The whole process was simple and efficient. The workmen who installed the windows were polite, unobtrusive and very clean. Carpet coverings were laid down and dustsheets were put over our furniture, and they were generally very respectful of our property. The finish of the windows is of a very high standard. Initially we feared we might have had to redecorate all the rooms, but this is absolutely not the case. We are very happy with the finished product and the service we received from Wembley Windows.

Following my order my windows were fitted 4 weeks later. The service I received from Wembley Windows was outstanding, no hard selling just 100% customer care. The quality is amazing and they look spectacular, a total transformation of my home. The fitters were polite, clean and totally trustworthy. They worked hard to get the job done with few brakes. We were quoted a fair price by Peter Jackson who came to assess the job. He was very friendly and professional and we were happy to go ahead as discussed. There was an initial hitch with the measurements, but this was quickly resolved by 'Mark' who re-measured and we were then given a new date for installation. We needed some advice about door handles and glass panels and spoke to 'Andy' in the office who was also very accommodating. The installation process was carried out by 'Cosmin' who is a true craftsman and we were delighted with the finished result. We would highly recommend Wembley Windows. They are a trustworthy company with very high standards of service which in this day and age is very hard to find and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.

I had 5 windows installed, all went smoothly until the last bay which a miscommunication made fairly tricky but in fairness to the WW team they took the time to discuss options in detail and put in the effort to resolve the issue. I was very happy with the end result and they did a great job!

Excellent, would recommend and when I need the other windows in my house replaced will definitely use them again. First class in every regard. Arrived to do the job exactly when promised, replaced old sliding patio doors with French doors, and cleared every bit of rubbish off-site when completed. French doors look great and the price was too.

Great service from start to finish. Sales person soon learnt didn't want to waste time getting price so cut to the quick and gave good, competitive price straight away. Only issue was having to make arrangements for surveyor to come to house as only appointments available 10am to 3pm work days - nice work if you can get it!!! Workmen came on time, worked hard, quietly, efficiently very tidy and considerate to my furniture and furnishings and to the gardens outside. No time wasted and job done in time told it would be. So pleased with the windows and workmen would highly recommend
