West Coast Glass replaced 6 windows including a large landing window and two bays on the front of my Victorian house. I had been let down at the last minute by two local companies after months of waiting, despite having accepted quotes and received start dates. John at West Coast Glass restored my faith in the trade by coming to look at the job, quote and measure up exactly when he said he would. His approach was unfussy and honest when discussing pricing and choice of windows. He pointed out all potential problems that might occur during a tricky installation. None of these issues arose and no additional charges were made. The windows were installed on time, and both the installation and finishing were done to a very high standard by talented and time-served craftsmen. Despite the urgency of the job, I was offered a very competitive price and have had no problems since the installation. Completely satisfied.

I had a number of companies quote for the two large bay windows and smaller bedroom window that we had fitted and had no hesitation choosing West Coast glass for the installation. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure we were selecting the right product for the style and appearance we wanted - flush fitted casements. The windows are of excellent quality and John was meticulous in measuring up for them to ensure they would be an exact fit. The price quoted was very competitive and Darren and John showed themselves to be extremely skilled and efficient in the fitting of the windows. I would happily recommend West Coast Glass.

I wanted a brick internal/external dwarf wall and Edwardian glass-roofed conservatory. John from West Coast came round to discuss my specific design requirements in great detail. I quickly realised that John was extremely knowledgeable and used high-quality materials. He, therefore, got the job. The finished build is excellent and John and his staff have always gone the extra mile. Would absolutely recommend this company.

West Coast have replaced old and worn out double glazing that includes full width patio wrapping all around two walls, Kitchen window and our double front doors. The product is excellent quality both in finish and manufacture. The fit is also excellent. The fitters were cheerful, clean working and considerate, and fast. and the price competitive. Even with a difficult job they were innovative in solving difficulties that other companies said they either wouldn't do or quoted ridiculous prices for. Would recommend them for any job that you need doing.

West Coast started my conservatory in June 2020 and right from the start there were problems such as not turning up leaving after a few hours work. The box gutter leaks inside and outside, the window sill does not line up, double glazed units were scratched and fingerprints on the inside, the new ones to be fitted are still here since July 2020, two welds on the frames are fractured. They have tried to sort the problem without success on two occasions, removed the internal box gutter coverings to investigate and not returned to replace them. It is now February 2021 and the faults have still not been rectified and no word from them when they will be sorted out. From the start the owner was more interested in getting money off me rather than do a good job. Would never employ this company again, if you want a quality conservatory I suggest that you do not use West Coast.

We were recommended John to quote us following an eye watering quote from Anglian Home. John was great from calling round to completion and has a very professional team headed up by Steve. We had 22 windows replaced last window - all done within a week. We cannot fault the work and quality of products. We’ve had them back recently to fit new doors, again very quick and professional job done. Would highly recommend John and his team.

Decided to remove secondary glazing and fit 21 double glazed units when maintenance of the existing windows was becoming difficult. WCG was recommended by 2 friends who had good experience of their work. John Hope responded speedily to our contact and provided a straightforward quote, much more favourable than 2 national firms who seemed to think their discount promises would be appreciated by us. He was also helpful in suggesting certain features. Everything commenced as planned. Steve, an excellent fitter assisted by Colin, worked very hard to keep this major domestic installation on track. We were kept advised throughout of the progress being made and what would happen on a daily basis. The work areas were left clean and tidy every day. From first impressions during John's initial visit through to completion of the work to our entire satisfaction, we could not be more pleased. We have no concerns at all about recommending West Coast Glass to anyone considering window installations.

I've been using West Coast Glass for 10 years now, and their work has always been of the highest standard.. I have a large Victorian house and over the years 12 large windows have been fitted. The workmen are professional and even clean up after the job.! My son has a semi detached house in Liverpool, and West Coats did a complete installation there, including a secure front door. Being a small, local company, care for the job was evident throughout. From the initial quote there was no pushy sales tactics but honesty and support. The fitter worked incredibly hard and completed the job to a high standard. After having windows fitted in a previous property by Safestyle (no personal touch or care for the job), I would highly recommend West Coast Glass.

We had a composite front door installation, a casement window and replacement lead light. The products are of a high standard, the lead and glass work is excellent and was produced to match the existing front bay window designs, which it does. The pre-sales were warm and friendly, and informative. The fitters were on time, prompt and their work was clean and tidy and of a high standard. The door knocker that was sent from the factory didn't match the letterbox and handle finishes due to an error with the suppliers system, this was rectified straight away by the West Coast office team with a replacement on order for fitting thereafter. All in all it was an excellent and easy experience with a very competitive price to match.

West Coast Glass provided an excellent service from initial quote to fitment. Their attention to detail throughout was superb which included John helping us to decide on various window decoration options in order to preserve the character of our old glass. Matt, Dave and Simon are nice, hardworking and pleasant guys. Their work is excellent, and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company enough and would definitely use them again.
