Having seen the excellent job that West Cornwall Plastics made of helping her to choose and then installing UPVC doors and windows in my daughter's house, I had no hesitation in asking them to replace the side door to my garage, some time ago. This job was carried out efficiently, quickly and to my full satisfaction, so I was delighted when they agreed to replace my 30 year old large lounge and dining room double glazed units, which had broken down. Their surveyor, Taffy, called shortly after my initial enquiry and his visit was quickly followed by their written quotation, which I accepted. In just over a fortnight, I had a phone call to say that the units were ready and could be fitted on the following day. Because of the size of the units (the larger one was approximately nine feet by four and a half feet and weighed 117 kilograms!) it required four men to install them. The team arrived on schedule and, led by Taffy, quickly moved the furniture to gain access to the inside of the windows and, working well together, removed and replaced the units, before putting the furniture back and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. The whole exercise only took them half an hour and I cannot speak too highly of the efficiency and friendliness of the team.

The whole process was carried out very professionally by all the staff involved from the initial visit, the expert and helpful survey and to the quality of the fitting. We have no hesitation in recommending West Cornwall Plastics to anyone who requires this type of work doing. We were particularly impressed by the surveyor and fitters who were excellent.

I have just had a full set of windows, French doors, front door, back door, plastic facia soffit and gutters and composite cladding fitted at my property by West Cornwall Plastics, from my first enquiry at their office nothing was to much trouble Nick came out measured up the windows and when fitted they were all a perfect fit not one had a big gap that needed covering with stuck on plastic trims , Claire dealt professionally and helpfully when ever she phoned me sorting dates for measurements and lstter instal or if I phoned her if I had any questions, poor Chris must have done me at least about six different quotes as I kept changing my mind on colours ,door style, glass style for the door and he he just smiled and kept the revised quotes coming saying it was no problem and that as long as I was happy when we finally got to my choice then he was happy. On the first day of install I took the day off from work and introduced the two fitters Dave and Dunny to the dog and this was no problem at all so much so that every day after that I left a pack of treats outside the front door for them to give to the dog on their arrival so he would let them in and I left for work before they got their. Dave and Dunny have both done a fantastic job and are two of the nicest trustworthy fitters you could hope for they are definitely a real asset to the company, everyday when I returned home from work the house was left all rubbish removed and swept clean and tidy . Great value for money .

We had 2 replacement windows, replacement of existing patio doors and the installation of new patio doors in place of a window. The team at West Cornwall Plastics are efficient and pleasant to deal with, they know their job and are happy to explain all aspects of the proposed work. The men that arrived to do the required installation (Chris and Dave) were on time each day (2 days) they were polite, friendly and generally a pleasure to have in the property. They worked well together, efficiently and steadily, and did a sterling job of perfectly installing the windows and doors. Every last scrap of debris and dust was cleared up and removed the old windows and doors were taken away. We were left with a beautiful set of new windows and doors, honestly, they were the best workmen we have ever had, and we have had a few! The quality of the windows and doors, is A1. We can strongly recommend this company and will definitely be asking them back for the rest of our window replacement when the time comes.

Had all new double glazed windows throughout my house and a new garage door. An amazing service provided from WCP from start to finish. Customer service is excellent and I had 3 absolutely brilliant fitters who did a fantastic job,very clean,friendly and polite. I would absolutely recommend this business 100%. I live over 200 miles away and was looking for a local Hayle company to replace all the windows on our holiday property. I contacted several local companies, but as I was unable to discuss in person, I had to rely on instinct and professionalism shown by each. Having liaised with Nick, I immediately felt assured of his professionalism and approach to these works, which was further reinforced by the backing of his accreditation within the glazing industry and Which Trusted Trader. The addition of a contract, clearly setting out the terms of the work and a price, which actually beat all the other local traders (beware of lower prices, as from my experience, they did not compare to what was offered by Nick), convinced me to engage WCPL. The works were carried out quicker than agreed and after a quick visit to inspect the installation, I couldn't have been more pleased with a top-quality product and spot on installation. I am a building surveyor of many years and I am not easily impressed, but this work was honestly one of the cleanest and neatest installations I have seen. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I received from start to finish and would strongly recommend using WCPL.
