West London Gas have looked after the boiler and Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate in a house we let in Hammersmith over many years. I have always found them to provide a timely and efficient service. In this case it was an emergency repair to a boiler. With tenants unable to shower in an unheated house a timely repair is essential. West London inspected, procured parts and fixed the boiler (working on a Saturday to install the new parts). I strongly recommend West London Gas.

Excellent service replacing my very old Potterton boiler with Baxi. Peter & co did a superb job. Cleaned up afterwards. Andrew was polite and considerate when we discussed the job. I have known this company for years. Highly reccommend.

From my original phone call to the time Peter arrived the next day, I felt I had contacted professionals. I was told how much it would cost - reasonable - and the engineer who arrived knew exactly what to d and explained everything to me. I will have them back for some further work!

Replaced a faulty megaflo direct unvented cylinder

The West London Gas team made replacement of this tank a stress-free experience for us. They provided excellent phone and email advice before the job in terms of what was required for building regulations when replacing this type of cylinder. They suggested a quick visit before the job to see the situation and old pipework which I'm sure helped avoid problems. On the day they were on time and made no fuss of working in such a tight space. They were very tidy, careful and professional. They completed all the paperwork required by Heatrae Sadia. In addition to cheques and BACS, they have a simple system for payments by credit card which I appreciated as it's easy to make a mistake using BACS. We were very happy with the whole process.

I had a heavy column radiator that needed to be fitted in my upstairs master bedroom. My usual go-to heating engineer who had installed my other rads was unavailable so I engaged West London Gas. Sadly they were not capable, and it took three separate visits from them in an attempt to fit the radiator before I went back to my usual heating engineer who installed it professionally without any problems. The West London Gas team were polite and friendly guys but clearly there was an issue with experience and competency. The radiator got fitted crooked, then it was fitted and pulled away from the wall, and so on. They will blame the wall being weak, but my usual engineer was able to work with all of the walls in my house without any issue. I don't like having to leave bad reviews - but the review system is here so customers can share their experience and unfortunately I can't recommend these guys based on mine.

I had my entire central heating system flushed and a new boiler installed by this company. The three men who did it worked incredibly hard over two days and were very thorough. They laid dust sheets in the rooms where they worked on the radiators and cleaned up and removed materials and packaging at the end of each day. They were very friendly and before they left were careful to make sure that I understood the workings of the new boiler. The system hadn't been flushed for at least thirty years, possibly longer and every radiator is now working well. It's great. The other huge positive is the admin. When you ring you get Andrew in person. If he's busy with another call or with one of his team, he calls you back within five or ten minutes. When I first contacted him he sent someone round the next day to diagnose the problem. Once it was diagnosed he ordered the new boiler and I only had to wait a few days for them to come and do the work. He sorted out the warranty and the gas safety certificate and forwarded them to me for my records. An excellent company from every point of view.
