Had all our windows replaced as well as porch and new front door. My parents used WM Glazing about 35-40 years ago and it was so nice to see they were still going. From the very first call for a quote the service was amazing. Isabel was always very friendly and helpful on the phone and kept me updated on timescales etc. Rory was always friendly and explained everything that they would do which was totally right. It only took 3 days to fully complete which was fantastic. The three fitters never stopped working while they were here and they were never late. They were genuinely nice gentleman. We’re so happy with the service and job done. Would definitely recommend this company.

Booked to have a new composite front door fitted. From first enquiry to fitting, I can’t fault the service I received. Isabel kept me informed by email and the quote was sent promptly and was very clear. The two fitters were friendly and polite and did a great job; the door is beautiful and I’m so pleased with it! My parents needed a very large, non standard oak framed patio window replacing. Rory came out to quote and impressed us with his professionalism and knowledge. The quote was free and there was no pressure selling unlike other quotes we had. Isobel in the office was great at making all the arrangements and very proactive with project management. Although due to unforeseen circumstances the agreed on date became inconvenient to West Midlands Glazing, because we had issues rearranging they pulled out all the stops to stick to the original date so that we didn’t have to rearrange. Their courtesy and professionalism on the date of fitting was first class. The new patio door is of excellent quality, fitted very well and they cleared up very well. I was so impressed by their professionalism and the standard of finish that I have asked them to come back to quote for a new porch.

West Midland Glazing removed and replaced our old conservatory. Both the product and the quality of work were of the highest standard. The team arrived early on the agreed date as planned and took great care to protect the existing tiled floor which we have retained. Brilliant service from this company from initial enquiry for work; survey by Rory, who also gave additional advice; through to work carried out by Craig. Competitive quote for work required and speedy service after materials were sourced. Reliable and down to earth honest company, realitic appointment schedules, no hidden charges, no messing around and prompt, tidy work. They have a great new product range but also cover replacement locks, mechanisms, glazing units and ongoing servicing etc. Im having further work carried out in a week, and fully intend to have further work carried out in 2024. I'll not go anywhere for new work or ongoing maintenance/ servicing.

We had two back bedroom windows replaced with acoustic double glazing. The whole process from measuring, quoting and doing the work was extremely efficient. The two contractors who fitted the windows were very pleasant and efficient. Very little mess left, they were scrupulous in clearing up. The overall cost was excellent value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West Midland Glazing. The team arrived promptly, were thoroughly professional throughout. I had a patio door, large lounge window plus two smaller windows fitted. All work was completed within the day. The workers were exceptionally clean and tidy, put down their own carpet protection, and were just really lovely people. Like others, I’d expected to do some minor repairs/finishing off myself but there was nothing to do. The workers were friendly, right through from Rory the surveyor, Lisa and Isabel at the office (who are always happy to help and answer any queries) and the workers on the day. We first used West Midland Glazing 20 years ago, and have used them on and off ever since. This job was for secondary glazing for a big arched window, which I thought might not even be possible because of the shape. Anyway, it was no problem. A quick visit and measure up produced a speedy quotation with reassurance that the shape was no problem. It was fitted last Friday, quickly and efficiently and does the job perfectly. We had some work done on 25/07/22 by West Midland Glazing Co. Ltd I just wanted to give some feedback on how professional the two guys (Craig and Carl) were and how tidy and clean their work was. From the moment they arrived they introduced themselves and explained exactly what they would be doing they also covered every area they would be working in to keep our furniture clean and they swept up the front drive after they has finished. There work was to a very high standard and done in a quick timely manner. Overall very impressed with this company and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

We contacted Lisa who arranged a site survey by Rory who was very helpful and explained all about the window and French doors we were looking at replacing and gave us very sound advice. The quote was received, which was accepted and we were given an installation date not long after. On the day of the installation Chris & Craig did the work, we were impressed by their preparation which was second to none and completed the work to a very high standard. I must mention Isabel from the office who was so helpful and polite. I can not be happier with the work done by this company on my house. The windows are amazing quality and the fitting is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone if you need any work done.

I'm not exaggerating but cannot believe how good this job was. I was expecting to have to do some minor repairs such as a filling or wallpaper rectification etc but there was nothing, nada, zilch! My wife was there for 3 days and was really impressed with their work ethic and politeness and they cleared up each day including vacuuming. I was there for the last day for snagging etc but the work was such a good standard there was nothing to report. The only issue was wrong glass in one window but was ordered immediately and will be resolved next week so impressed. I would recommend this company to anybody needing new windows and doors.

The office staff and surveyor worked with us throughout to help design our bespoke installation requirements for triple glazing. The installation was completed ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with the work. The installation team were very polite and helpful. We had two upvc windows fitted in our property by West Midlands Glazing and are pleased with the whole experience. Their surveyor was knowledgeable and helpful. You are kept up to date with the order by emails. Two friendly guys fitted the windows very tidily and efficiently. The windows themselves are solidly made and feel nice and secure. Very pleased with the job done and the cost and will be getting them to do more work in the future.

I have never designed a porch before. It showed. They were very patient and we got it right on the design. The neighbours love it! The install started well but then needed some consultation and some solutions. They did a great job and found a way through on all the challenges. I will be back for windows later. People you can do business with.

From the initial survey through the quotation process to final fit of a 5 sided bay window - all carried out in a very professional manner. Very satisfied with the work undertaken and will be back in 2021.

WMG replaced 5 windows at my first floor apartment. I was apprehensive about the potential disruption and damage to decoration, plaster and abutting tiles. The work was completed to an excellent standard and both the windows and surrounding plaster/tiles/timber were undamaged - in fact left perfect! Praiseworthy in particular were: * the friendly good natured team doing the installation - nothing was too much trouble. The team was utterly professional. * preparation was impressive - everything covered with dust sheets and carpet protection. * afterwards, everything was replaced tidied and cleaned thoroughly. For a major work such as this you need a company you can trust. I recommend WMG without reservation as a superb and professional company.

We would unreservedly recommend WM Glazing who were professional from start to finish. Their '3 day' job at our house to fit 7 windows bridged the 2020 UK Covid19 Lockdown with Day 1 completed (with social distancing) and then work suspended (with windows rather than holes in place thankfully) upon PM Boris announcing the lockdown at the end of that day . The work turned out the fitters told me their 'longest job' after WM's cautious and sensible wait to recommence work safely 2 months later - the final 2 days completed last week at the end of May, again with very professional social distancing. The craftmanship on the windows is faultless, they look great as the neighbours say, a no pressure sale and a fair price for a high quality product executed by a friendly team at their base and on the job. They worked in a friendly and professional manner. It was a pleasure to be both their final job pre Lockdown and their first job after. We commend WM Glazing to anyone reading this and wish this locval company continued success.

The first thing that impressed me about West Midland Glazing was that the process of providing a quote was very straightforward, with no time wasting and no talk of 'special deals', just going straight to a realistic price, which was a big contrast to my experiences of other companies. Communication was always excellent, with clear and helpful information, and quite prompt responses. An accurate indication of timescales was given, which was reasonable. We first had a bathroom window, a bedroom window, a smaller window and a sliding patio door installed at the rear of our bungalow. As we were completely satisfied with the installation and the process, we then ordered an internal sliding door and a kitchen side window and we were again very pleased with the result. The fitters were friendly and courteous and I would say went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Every thing was done to match our requirements and preferences, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

WM Glazing Co had been recommended to me by several people and they did not disappoint. They bent over backwards to make sure I had a rough estimate before I purchased my flat, so I would be able to negotiate a better purchase price. They then did a confirmed estimate as soon as I could get into the property, arranged measuring up and fitting the windows for an entire flat with big windows-- all completed before my moving day! There was a slight issue with the pattern going sideways on the bathroom window, but they had corrected it and ordered the new glass whilst they were at the flat and are installing it today. I moved in yesterday. I cannot recommend them highly enough. No mess. Other than the beautiful new windows, I wouldn't have known anyone had been in the flat. Another thing I must mention. The customer service is second to none. Isabel ( and others in the office) communicates quickly on each and every query and nothing is too much trouble. Due to work commitments, I have had to drop off and pick up keys on a weekend-- they are open Saturday mornings, which was ideal. Everyone I have dealt with has been top notch.

I live in a conservation zone and needed a glazing firm that could provide a mixture of both wood and uPVC windows, which would avoid me from contracting multiple suppliers.
