We had a Hive installed and 2 lights (1 in a vaulted ceiling) The electrician completed all work efficiently and with no fuss which we normally expect as the property is 160 years old. We are really happy with the outcome. We have used West Wales Electrical before and will use them again.

I have used West Wales Electrical on three occasions and each time the service has been amazing. Communication is brilliant. The electricians turn up in time and are excellent at their job. My electrical problem took 2 hours to find, which was done with patience and care and was quickly rectified thereafter. I wouldn't use anyone else for any electricial problem in the future. We moved into our new home that whilst only 19 years old had quite a lot of updating required and changes to work carried out subsequently by the previous owner. We have had West Wales Electrical Solutions here on a number of days to make the changes needed. They have been first class in every way, Michael, their Technician, is extremely helpful and carries out his work very efficiently and is very good at providing electrical advice. He was also very pleasant and courteous as well as being very good at handling the foibles of elderly, newly moved clients. Making appointments for visits has been very easy and the entire experience with this Company has been excellent.

We have used West Wales electrical solutions on 2 occasions now the most recent being sorting out a problem with outside lights which kept tripping, the first being an installation of a new consumer unit. On both occasions communications were efficient and friendly, they turned up on time and were pleasant to deal with. The electricians worked quickly and neatly and gave us a feeling of competence and wanting to do a good job. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

West Wales Electrical did several works for me over the past years. I am a landlady and I own some properties that require regular electrical checks and occasional work that includes upgrading electrical installation. WWE are always very helpful with providing advice and appointments that suits our tenants. They are very professional and always quick to respond my emails or WhatsApp messages. 6th June further work done on stables putting in ceiling light and socket. Previously used for several different jobs in the house and outside after we moved here 2 years ago. Always answer phone/email/texts promptly. Very helpful with advice on what is needed and suggested I buy products which they fitted when they felt that would be cheaper for me. Turn up when they say and do good job and tidy up afterwards. Provide all necessary certificates for work done. Prices reasonable. Very happy to recommend them and have already re-booked for further work.
