Very happy with service provided. Very professional at every step including all communications Work finished to a high standard and priced fairly as per the quote. Very pleased to have found Westflow and will definitely use again.

I only had a couple of small jobs, one being bathroom basin taps replaced. They carried out the work swiftly, all working well and I thought they were very reasonably price. Very tidy and nice to deal with. I liked they way I was kept informed of arrival time. Following that work I booked a boiler service and very happy with that.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!

I was recommended Westflow as I wanted my bath tap replaced. 1 of the joints to the tap was leaking under the bath intermittently and I wasn’t in a position to even attempt a repair myself. Joe from Westflow turned up at the agreed time. He is very polite and professional, his enthusiasm at getting the job done was fantastic, and in great time. I even had the batch waste drain replaced too. I’m very happy with their service and the cost for the repair. I highly recommend Westflow.

I called Westflow about a blocked sink in my rental property that had been an ongoing issue for some time. Barny made arrangements with my tenant to come out the following day and had it cleared in no time. Very happy with the service and price for the work. Highly recommended.

Boiler was due a service, but then started to develop a leak. Emailed Westflow and Barnaby got hold with a slot the same day. Engineer was prompt and got straight to work and diagnosed the issue within minutes, assured me it was nothing disastrous and had it all fixed and serviced within 90 mins. I like the set of photos that came with the invoice showing the steps of the service, the old broken piece and the replacement side-by-side (no chance of being conned for "replacing" something that's not!) and the stats from the device that measures the gasses. That's new to me.

Excellent and efficient service. Arrived on time and competently completed the work. Fault identified and ideal boiler company informed (they will replace part as boiler is within guarantee).

Very good service from Westflow, Joe fixed my shower promptly and did a very professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Westflow for sorting out plumbing problems. They give a precise quote for the job and turn up when they say they will and let you know if there are any delays.

Asked for an appointment and was able to be seen the next day. My shower water temperature was inconsistent. Barney arrived on time, serviced my boiler and that remedied the water temperature. All good !!

Westflow Ltd recently replaced my very old (30+ years) Floor Standing Potterton Gas Boiler with the top of the range Worcester Bosch 8000 Life Boiler and at the same time providing me with a sealed Central Heating System and 3 new radiators. Their analysis and quote were very precise and competitive and all inclusive. Barnaby and his team always arrived on time, very clean whilst working and take care to ensure they look after your property and tidy up afterwards. They respect your property, covering floors and areas where they work, are very presentable and smartly dressed. Their approach to the work was very precise and extremely professional keeping you informed at all times and good communication. I now have a Gas Boiler and system that is working like a dream and I know will function reliably and start saving me money in the long term thanks to Westflow.
