In 2014, Westflow installed a new Worcester/Bosch combination boiler and since then they have done the annual service and quickly and efficiently sorted out a few plumbing problems that have occurred over the years. I couldn't have had a better service.

Our old gas boiler system stopped working just before the weekend. However, Westflow were booked for a boiler service on the following Monday, 2nd March. The engineer identified the problems and restored the system to working order. But due to other deficiencies (including the expansion tank in the loft) it was decided to get a new boiler and expansion tank. It was a relief that these were available for fitting on 12th March. This was duly carried out. The work was pursued efficiently and the clearing up was exemplary.

This company is run very efficiently so that they are able to give very competitive prices and get the job done expertly and quickly. I sent photos as requested showing the GC number of the Worcester Bosch gas boiler, the required new part was ordered and the job completed within two days. Both the administrator Darren and the plumber Barnaby could not have been more helpful or shown greater expertise.

Discovered a broken motorised zone valve on Friday afternoon. Called Darren at Westflow who sent Joe round within 90 minutes. Joe replaced valve very quickly and professionally. Great team work at Westflow. Certainly will use them again.

Replaced boiler
I highly recommend Westflow I have used them on multiple occasions as this time it was to replace a boiler. They did it quickly knowing I had no hot water and heating at a reasonable price.
