Responded on a Saturday within 20 minutes. Tried to diagnose over the phone and get hot water running as quickly as possible. Due to the problem this wasnt possible. Barnaby kindly came out on a Sunday morning to solve the problem. I could not recommend him any more. No fuss, straight talking great professional.

Having previously had the same heating engineer for over 30years, had since been hard to find another, which resulted in some poor service.
