WPS is based in Tenterden, Kent and is run by Luke Smith
WPS was formed in 2006 and offers a comprehensive domestic and commercial plumbing and heating service. Luke was trained at The Plumbing Academy where he achieved his City and Guilds and achieved his Gas Safe Register status
Our customer base, in the main, has been built upon personal recommendation and now includes local, (Kent, Sussex and South London) consumers, retail businesses, property developers and building contractors
Our competitive costing structure is based on either ‘a fixed day rate for labour’, or alternatively, ‘a fixed price for job’, which ever the customer prefers
We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service, and on all enquiries we provide a free no obligation quotation.

Dealing with Luke is always simple and satisfactory. He responds to requests in good time and maintains good communications, which can be rare in tradesmen. The work was completed to agreed price and timescale and the quality was excellent. There was a damaged tile that was not foreseen and Luke went the extra mile to ensure this was sorted whilst on site.

Luke did a great job on our en suite and downstairs toilet refit. Co-ordinated all the linked trades and delivered an excellent end result. Also showed great patience with some of our design changes during the project! :) Always left the job clean and tidy at the end of the day and he's since been back to do other odd plumbing jobs for us. Would recommend!

Luke did an exceptional job installing a new cloakroom in a very tight space under our staircase. Best of all the work was complete in a day and a half! Luke ticks all the boxes in regard to promptness, tidy workmanship and excellent communication. He exceeded our expectations by supplying and installing a grab rail beside the loo. Be patient in regard to lead times for a job as Luke tends to work on his own and is in high demand.

We have a lovely new bathroom recently completed by Luke from WPS. The work was completed within timescale and cost quoted. It was complete removal of old bathroom including tiling and installation of new replacement suite, shower and tiling and floor tiles. Luke was a pleasure to have working in our home and every day we were left clean a tidy. Well done from a happy customer. Highly recommended.

There were two separate issues. 1. Luke serviced our boiler very promptly. Very caring and thoughtful gentleman. It good to see polite tradesmen who are proud of their profession. 2. Joel visited us very quickly to fix a cistern leak. Repaired efficiently leaving no mess after the job. I recommend them both as reliable tradesmen.
