Luke did an exceptional job installing a new cloakroom in a very tight space under our staircase. Best of all the work was complete in a day and a half! Luke ticks all the boxes in regard to promptness, tidy workmanship and excellent communication. He exceeded our expectations by supplying and installing a grab rail beside the loo. Be patient in regard to lead times for a job as Luke tends to work on his own and is in high demand.

We have a lovely new bathroom recently completed by Luke from WPS. The work was completed within timescale and cost quoted. It was complete removal of old bathroom including tiling and installation of new replacement suite, shower and tiling and floor tiles. Luke was a pleasure to have working in our home and every day we were left clean a tidy. Well done from a happy customer. Highly recommended.

There were two separate issues. 1. Luke serviced our boiler very promptly. Very caring and thoughtful gentleman. It good to see polite tradesmen who are proud of their profession. 2. Joel visited us very quickly to fix a cistern leak. Repaired efficiently leaving no mess after the job. I recommend them both as reliable tradesmen.

Luke was really helpful and easy to work with, quick to respond to emails and phones calls. He did a great job from start to finish in our new build.

Luke and WPS plumbing undertook all of the plumbing work for a project undertaken at the Memorial Hall during the winter lockdown. This included all new taps and drainage for 3 sinks in the kitchen, fitting a new water heater, moving radiator pipe work and removal of a toilet which was then replaced with a janitor sink. Everything was done to a very high standard. An extra challenge for Luke was to work around the team of volunteers who undertook much of the other work on the refurbishment. With solo or household working the norm, Luke was flexible (and reliable) in his timings ensuring that the plumbing was done in a timely manner despite the extra challenges. Luke's contribution to the project is much admired and appreciated by the hall users who are now benefitting from the new facilities.

Luke visited us after a recommendation and fixed a leak at short notice on our main water tank. We subsequently booked him to replace all of the radiators and modify some pipework. He was very professional, kept the work areas clean and was always courteous. We were very pleased with his response time and scheduled work, and believe him to be very trustworthy. The invoice was as expected and we will definitely use him again.

Recently moved into our new home and contacted Luke to upgrade the radiators to a more contemporary look. He supplied and fitted 12 new radiators. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly and even more importantly- tidily! All rubbish including the packaging and the old radiators were removed from site. The whole system was carefully checked before they left. We were impressed by their professional and friendly manner and have asked them to do some further work in the near future. The final account was reasonable and we were happy to settle it speedily. We feel confident with their service and Luke will be our first call when we need plumbing work done in the future.

Westview Plumbing successfully located the cause of two leaks and solved the problem and installed two new shower units. There have been no problems since. Luke was very helpful in finding a solution that meant that the whole bath did not need to be removed to be able to fit the new shower unit in one of the bathrooms. I am very grateful for the time he took to find an alternative solution.

Kitchen taps replaced and installation of new radiator all done and working perfectly. Luke always leaves with no mess left behind.

Luke identified the source of a tricky problem because it was an intermittent fault causing problems with the water supply, shower and flushing. It was dealt with quickly and with minimal fuss (in spite of having to crawl around a restricted loft space). Many thanks Charlie Metcalf

I cannot fault the service provided by WPS. Communication was excellent and work was carried out exactly as scheduled. He has to be the neatest tradesman I have ever met and after he cleared away you would not know he had been there. Standard of work was high and he was very helpful when an unexpected problem was discovered. WPS was recommended to us by a local plumbers merchant and we would definitely use his services again.
