We are an independent Gas registered plumbing and heating business Serving East London - Epping
The company is owned and managed by Chris Whitbread.
What we do?
We can cover everything from dripping taps to full central heating installations. In particular, we specialise in installing and maintaining the latest energy efficient gas boilers.
We aim to provide a great service.

Chris rescued the heating in my house and my neighbour's. We both have older boilers that need care and attention. Chris diagnoses the fault like Sherlock Holmes - and identifies the optimum fix. He has an incredible array of suppliers to get what's needed. Schedule and budgets are honest, fair and transparent. You feel cared for during the work and beyond. Chris is an exceptionally safe pair of hands - a wise, skilled and effective engineer. For five years or more Chris has responded to calls for help when the boiler won't light or radiators are cold. He is the nicest person you could meet and most straightforward to deal with. I recommend 100%

Chris has done work for us on a few occasions over the past two years at both my flat and my partner's house. We have had a monthly service agreement with British Gas for several years but we are so happy with Chris' work that we are going to cancel it and opt for a yearly service from Chris instead; it'll cost less and it's a much better service. Chris clearly knows his stuff, his pricing is very honest and transparent, he and his colleagues are pleasant to have in our home, his work is very good and he's an all-round very decent chap! Would not use another plumber/heating engineer.

Annual boiler service carried out. Chris fitted the boiler originally and has performed servicing ever since. I have also used his services at another property I own and his work is of a top standard. He is reliable and trustworthy and will not rip you off !

Recently had Chris and team back to replace radiators following a boiler replacement last year. Communication with the company was easy, they promptly visited to assess the issues, subsequently quote and complete the work. A very experienced team and unlike other firms that quoted didn't try to ignore the regulations or suggest uneccesary works. The works were competitively priced, completed to a very high standard and a really pleasant team to deal with. Highly recommend.

Annual central heating/ boiler service. Arrived at time arranged and were very conscious of protecting my flooring before entering. Service carried out efficiently and part required supplied and fitted. All safety checks performed and all radiators were checked for working order. Engineers were informative and knowledgeable on my make of boiler and system installed and if any upgrades required. I am very happy to use them again and would recommend.

Chris fitted a new waste to my bath and fixed a hidden leak behind my wash basin. He also did some basic joinery work to hide some ugly pipework in the bathroom. Efficient and tidy.
