1st job was to modify the existing drainage system from my house which was completed successfully. 2nd job was to install a new drainage system from my drive to the general drain outlet which had to be rerouted due to a large drain from the road crossing my land which took longer than they had planned but it was also completed successfully. 3rd job was to replace the existing sewer manhole lid which was ill-fitting also completed successfully I am satisfied with the work done as the 2/3 workers did well in extremely trying conditions, weatherwise. I can recommend the Company.

Clear information given about the way the work I was requesting -( replacing some 1980's drains with more modern and non leaky ones) - would be done. They came when they said and kept me informed of the progress, showed me the work as it progressed. The areas they worked in were left clear and tidy and everything looks as if it will function properly. They seemed knowledgeable about their trade. The price was as agreed at the start.

Wow! What a great job Wicklen have done! We had been having issues with an external drain for a long while and eventually, it became completely blocked. We contacted Keith and he came to look at the problem the next day. We were happy with the quoted price and agreed to go ahead with the work. Keith and his team arrived punctually the very next day and worked extremely hard, keeping us fully informed with the progress of the work. They were very polite, friendly and worked neatly. We are incredibly delighted with the completed job; the drain has never worked as well! We would very highly recommend Wicklen specialist drainage without hesitation.

Keith and the team came initially to investigate foul smelling drains which we’d been experiencing. They were able to quickly identify the cause and provided a quote for completing this work. Once the work started they found more issues (not unexpected as the work is underground) but they were very open and honest with what was required and the cost of doing so. Very tidy work - patio looks untouched! 100% would recommend. Thanks to all the team!

This company are excellent! Keith found my problem within minutes, where others had missed it, then proceeded to deal with it very efficiently. I was kept informed every step of the way and cannot fault the team in any way. They kept the site clean and tidy and replaced terrace slabs and tarmac exactly as they were before. At the end of the job you would not have known that there had been any excavations. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My drain, which takes water from the roof and bathroom, was overflowing into the neighbours' garden. Unsure how to proceed I looked at the Which Traders site and selected Wicklen Ltd. Arrangements were made for an inspection visit confirmed by phone first. An initial unblocking attempt showed that a more severe problem existed and an arrangement for extra work was started a day or so later. Some underground pipework was necessary to be replaced, it also included a new drain unit. All was completed the same day including the replacement of brick paving. It was hardly noticeable that work had been carried out, all was tidied up. The job cost rather more than I was expecting but I had no previous experience of such work and its probable costs and at every stage I was notified of the procedure to be undertaken and the costs so I put it down to be a one off job. I would not hesitate to ask them to do future work if I had another drainage problem.

A job well done by professional, polite, and friendly people. Area left clean and tidy when finished. Would certainly use them again if needed.

We have problems with a downpipe causing flooding. Wicklen responded quickly, identified the issue and provided a written quote. The work was carried out by their friendly team. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it for the price quoted.

Despite poor weather, the 3 guys worked hard throughout and were cooperative and pleasant to have on site. They kept us fully informed throughout the process and completed the job exactly as require. Would thoroughly recommend.
