Keith and Harvey have been out today to do a camera survey on our blocked outside drain that was causing damp. They located the problem and fixed it straight away. Last year, they improved our rain drainage system at the front of the house as the water wasn’t able to clear away quickly enough during heavy rain and causing flooding. The new drainage system that they installed is very effective even in heavy rain so we no longer need to worry about flooding!

I called Wicklen to deal with a blocked drain. They came quickly and assessed the situation, clearing away roots and allowing the worst of the effluent to drain away. They then came back to jet clean congealed fat from pipes and build up the manhole, which had been concealed under a lawn, to ground level. The job was done thoroughly and cleanly - even the turfs removed in the search for the manhole cover were relaid neatly. My only minor quibble was that I didn't have any real idea of the cost before the job was done. It would have been nice to have had a ball park idea of the spend as it went along and the likely final cost. I can't fault their service and would definitely recommend them.

Very aggressive and bad attitude after asking for assistance once job completed. They simply couldn’t care less once off the site. Beware overpricing if they find something else that needs doing.

When the new drainage works were completed, back in July, yourself and your wife both expressed how pleased you were with the works. You also emailed following heavy rainfall to state that everything worked and you were impressed further. Your wife left us a great review, so I was surprised the rating you have given us above. You emailed some time ago to say that during the installing of a new roof the contractors had swept a large amount of debris into the new drains blocking them. We've tried to help you with this matter on several occasions but can only do so much free of charge... However we hope you've resolved your dispute with the roofing company. Wicklen LTD.
