Prompt attention to our request for advice and subsequent work required. Although the job involved some disruption to our home environment, the company kept us fully informed, the area tidy and sympathetic efficiency for a domestic environment.

Old cracked drains were replaced quickly and efficiently. We were shown what was going on throughout. Great communication, nothing was too much trouble. The team was friendly, honest and very hardworking. The site was tidied up every day before they left. Excavation was then carried out to check the rainwater pipes and it was found that extra work was needed so a price was agreed and the work was duly carried out. The block paving had to be lifted but was put back seamlessly.

I noticed our rainwater drained straight into a hole in the ground and had the experts in to make it good. Harvey and Dan did the CCTV survey on all drainage pipes, talked me through their findings and we agreed to install two gulleys, replace a section of broken pipe and power flush the rainwater drains. They did a very thorough job, carefully replacing our driveway paving blocks and setting the gulleys in concrete, removing all rubble and sweeping worked-on areas at the end. We ended up also installing a linear gulley behind the garage and replacing an additional bit of pipe. Will be calling them again for any drainage works. They are knowledgeable, careful, considerate, polite people who take pride in a job well done at a fair price.

We contacted Wicklen Ltd as our garage kept flooding. A survey was arranged immediately, which identified various other issues in 100 year old drainage system. These were clearly explained & thorough plan of works recommended. The team completed the works over the next 7 days in an extremely professional & tidy manner. We were kept informed at every stage, & are delighted with the results which have improved the drainage and appearance of our home immeasurably. I initially spoke to Keith to seek advice regarding a blocked soakaway. He took the time to explain in detail my options. Within a few days a survey of my drains took place, plan of action was agreed and the following day Keith, Harvee, and Dan started the work.
