We used Will to install two new hot water tanks, but while awaiting the appointment our boiler heat exchanger cracked, so Will came and install a new boiler and two large new hot water tanks. No mess, no fuss, and even had to climb on the roof to fit a new vent pipe for it. Job completed on-time, which matters to our small B&B!

For the last 8/9 years Will has serviced our old (pre 2003) boiler annually, understanding our reluctance to replace it unless necessary. In addition he attended to repair various valves, pumps, thermostats and taps at short notice to keep the property warm and running. He was always contactable, responsive and provided his expertise at a very reasonable rate. In short every box can be ticked but I particularly want to praise his communication skills. Will's ability to explain his work to the non-technically minded with patience is outstanding. Not just to me and family members but a long line of carers as well. We are moving out of the area but warmly recommend Will Cresswell.

Will rerouted pipework in our Utility room & refitted the Dishwasher & Washing machine He did an excellent job. Also he had previously fitted pipework for our bathroom Work all done to a high standard & I would happily recommend to others. Also done for a very reasonable amount. He always turns up on time and is flexible with time arrangements to do work

We'd been having trouble with our toilet for years and a series of plumbers never seemed to be able to do a decent fix. Will managed to diagnose the problem and come up with up with a great solution for us. Great service - great price too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I phoned Will with a small, but fiddly job fixing a faulty toilet syphon in an inconsiderately-tiled integrated unit with very poor access. To be honest, this job must have been more hassle than it's worth, but Will sorted it for the original reasonable price, despite having to make a couple of visits either side of a trip to his local plumber's merchants to practice changing the faulty part so he could make the repair blind inside the system due to inconsiderate tiling (not his!) blocking the access needed to take it out. Will was easy to reach, communicated well with my tenants to arrange his visits and got the job done with minimum fuss.

2 weeks or so ago Will Cresswell renewed all of the electrics in the bottom of the house, and garden lighting absolutely perfectly. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I certainly recommend his services.
