Excellent efficient service ,. Engineers were dealing with an old, nearly deaf lady, which they did extremely well, looking after all her needs and concerns. Invoices clear and concise, quick reply to all questions. Would thoroughly recommend .

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.

I was recommended this business from an electrician. The issue was my boiler and heating elements were fried. Having spoken to another heating engineer over the phone and the diagnosis was probably it was a heating engineer’s job over an electricians job, I reach out to Will I am and explained what was passed onto me. With this he quoted me for the parts plus labour, and the quote for the work was a lot cheaper than the other firm. Unfortunately the issue was just before the weekend, but the engineer, Joe, arrived on time and completed draining the 210 litre tank, changed two elements and changed the timer (which was also fried) within 2 hrs. Although I wasn’t present whilst Joe was working I reached out to him after and he was very responsive and willing to educate me further on the electrics around the boiler. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our washing machine would not work because suddenly hardly any water was coming through the pipe supplying it, plus what we thought was our mains stopcock under the kitchen sink had seized up. I sent on on-line query to William and within one and a quarter hours had a reply to say he could book the job in that day. Joe arrived on-site within the hour and quickly ascertained that it was the stopcock for the supply to the washing machine that had seized and was blocked. So Joe replaced that one with a lever type valve for easier usage and showed us where the mains stopcock was, which was working fine. Joe was a pleasant, energetic young man who made sure everything was working correctly and wrapped the job up within an hour, so our issue was resolved in only three hours from the initial query to William. Needless to say, we were very happy with the service from William and his team and to have the washing machine back working so quickly.

This was as easy as you want it to be in this day and age! Quickly quoted and booked. Emailed five folk from Trusted Trader, and Will I Am have quoted, booked, completed and been paid all before the rest have even responded. Good communications, and Tom arrived bang on time. Considerate when doing the work (floors just been sanded, and care was taken around that). Plus the work was completed quickly. Frankly, it was flawless.

William and team are so efficient and trustworthy - I have called them for help a few times and they have never let me down. I am happy to recommend them.

I used Which? Trusted Traders to find a plumber to investigate a variety of plumbing issues and chose Will I Am because of the good reviews. They are an extremely efficient company with a very smooth and effective booking and quoting system. William, who holds the reins, communicates very well, and very promptly, and his team arrive on time. The first visit was to assess the situation and propose solutions and that was followed up with a brief written report with photographs plus a clearly set out quote. While the work took a 1.5 days, rather than the 1 day which was quoted for, there was no additional charge. They also returned on another day to replace the bidet tap, which they had fitted in error, as it was for a high rather than a low pressure system - again there was no additional charge. They also stress that their work is guaranteed for a year, which is great to know. Many thanks to Paul, Jake and William for their patience and good humour. They are a very friendly team and I am happy to recommend them. If we have any plumbing problems in future Will I Am will be my first port of call.

We all know how frustrating and time consuming a search for a good trusted company can be especially when you have an emergency with your plumbing/heating/electrics. Well, I found a great one and am very happy to share my experience. William is very efficient, upfront and professional. The team who worked on replacing my entire heating/water system was Joe and Fabio. They are just brilliant. The job was done smoothly, fast and beautifully. The guys are masters in this field. Same day visit to fix a boiler that had died after the wee shutdown. A short job, to restore water pressure in the boiler, but needed heating engineer expertise. Pleasant and efficient service from the office and engineer. And good value.

Problem arose immediately prior to Christmas - an immediate response and diagnosis then, and problem fixed immediately afterwards. Service and outcome impeccable and done by the kind of people I would want representing my business. Top class.

This lot are brilliant. I tried several other plumbers, asking for a boiler service, but they were too busy, offered distant appointments and didn't seem to care that they couldn't help. William and co were super responsive to emails, gave a next week appointment, turned up promptly and gave excellent service. I would totally recommend them.

Had a washing machine installed by the guys from Will.I.Am and they did a great job. It took an hour to install a new cold water valve, remove the old washing machine and install the new one. They removed the old machine and tidied up, leaving the kitchen spotless. Both guys were friendly and worked well as a team, which made for a refreshing change.

Instructed Will.i.Am for annual boiler service and a plumbing job. Both the gas engineer and the plumber arrived on time, explained what they were doing, took clear photos (which were included in the report sent to me), were friendly and left my place in a clean & tidy state. Would recommend!

Tom arrived on time to service our boiler and he carried out the work efficiently and tidily. He also called back at short notice to replace batteries in the thermostat. We were charged the quoted fee for the service and Will I Am did not charge for the second call. All highly recommended.

The job was to undertake the annual service of two gas-fired domestic heating systems. As in the past the work was completed carefully, tidily, and promptly at the expected price.

I needed a boiler service. I contacted the company off the back of the reviews on this site, received a prompt response the same day and the work was completed the next day and within the timeline provided. The engineers were efficient, meticulous and polite.

I had a reply back to my initial query (about my broken tap that needed replacing), on a Friday night, within a few minutes. By midday on Monday, job done and a big load off my mind! I was super impressed by the speed that everything got sorted, as well as the meticulousness and care Fabio (the plumber) took when doing the job! I'd recommend the service to anyone in my area and certainly plan to call them first if I need any plumbing help in future!

We are very pleased with the work carried out and our experience of dealing with Will-I-Am Plumbing & Heating. We shall ask them to do future work and would certainly recommend their services. We were let down and frustrated by our previous plumbers, and after being impressed by positive reviews employed Will-I-Am to initially service our heating and hot water system, and then to replace our hot water cylinder, flush radiators, and fix other faults. We are pleased and happy with all aspects of the work. Communication by phone, email, text and in-person has been extremely efficient and clear, including quotes, practical arrangements and discussion of quite complicated technical questions. We saw 5 different engineers and plumbers and would recommend any and all of them. They completed all the jobs quickly, cleanly and well, and we received detailed reports and photographic records of all works. The workmanship on complex and visible parts is extremely good; for instance, tiles were cut to shape and extensive copper pipework is beautifully done. We are pleased to have found good, expert plumbers that we can communicate with well and rely on. Recommended.

Really happy with the work done and all interactions with the company. Phoned early in the morning and got a slot that afternoon. Text link allowed me to upload toilet photos. Plumber came early and was friendly and professional. Explained clearly what was needed and did it leaving a clean bathroom and working toilet.
