Will I Am Plumbing installed a new boiler in our house back in 2016. We were taken back by the excellent advice and service and are totally happy with the Viessmann Vitodens 100-W that was recommended. Since installation Will I Am have undertaken annual services and replaced several radiators. On each occasion the service has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Will I Am to anyone seeking plumbing or heating work.

I have used William before. His service for smaller jobs, changing the plumbing of dishwasher and keeping the radiators bled and the boiler balanced is as good as when it was a big project of changing the boiler. From start to finish, it has been a refreshing pleasure to deal with a company providing excellent customer service. I was offered an appointment on day of contacting William, to deal with a WC overflow which meant that the toilet was permanently flushing. Terry arrived on time, and with parts needed so no second appointment needed. He explained cause of problem, works carried out, and left everything tidy and clean. Invoicing process was transparent with clear pricing and photographs of works attached. I have no hesitation in recommending, and using, Will I Am again.

I found a leak in my airing cupboard. I e-mailed some photos and one of William's team came the next day to see exactly what the problem was. The day after, the part causing the problem was replaced and the leak has now stopped. Everything was explained, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Both visits were on time and no mess was left. I've used William before. I am so glad I found him because I trust him (and his team) completely. I would recommend him, without any hesitation.

Joe and Ryan visited me for a second time that had no reflection on their original work in clearing a blocked kitchen sink that required changing pipe work and creating a better fall to the main waste water pipe - this recent visit confirmed the problem may be a fault elsewhere in the building. The plumbers did all that was asked of them efficiently, effectively and courteously. I have no problem in recommending them very highly.

I called 'will I am' after my boiler broke down last Friday. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out due to the current Covid-19 situation. An engineer was on site within a few hours, masked and gloved, and he had us back up and running again. It was explained to me that a new fan was needed, and within an hour I was provided with a written report and quote for replacing the fan and another job I requested a quote for. William himself fitted the fan and bath tap, explaining everything he was doing. Excellent service thanks!

William does an annual check on my pressure water cylinder - he's very helpful and efficient. He comes, does the work, explains it and leaves no mess. I also had a leaky tap. When I made the appointment, I sent a picture of the tap and said it leaked. William brought the part and fixed it. I would definitely recommend him and I wouldn't use any other plumber because I trust him completely.

The best customer service I’ve ever had in relation to works in my flat. From first contact, to the job itself, to invoicing, everything was brilliant. I was especially impressed with the care taken before my appointment to gather as much info as possible about the problem to ensure they had the correct parts ready and I would not need a second appointment. Problem fixed within half an hour and left tidy. This is service at it’s best.

This is the second time I have used Will i am's services. I was kept informed thoroughly from the initial query through to detailed information regarding the job done. Joe and Ismail were very professional, friendly, arrived on time and left the room very tidy after completing their work. The float valve needed replacing and there was a problem with the overflow so they also changed the siphon. They did a fantastic job and no more noise from the toilet! Success! Highly recommend!

I had an annual service and a follow up power flush ouf the radiators - and further visits to fix leaks. Each visit was arranged within a day or 2 of getting in touch, the people who came were professional, explained what they are doing, took lots of photos which were later emailed and always wore masks. The price was reasonable and the work carried out to a high standard. Very pleased.
