Replacement of a broken tap, boiler service and sorting out a radiator problem. Will responded to my initial enquiry almost immediately, I was able to secure an appointment very soon after. The work was completed to a high standard, the workers wore masks and were socially distant, and were prompt and polite. Excellent service as always (I'm a repeat customer after past great experiences).

They changed my cistern, fitted new taps to my basin and bath, replaced the bath trap and sink trap, fitted a replacement basin and pedestal, fixed the pan to the floor and fitted a new seat. The guys were friendly and polite, the work was neat, tidy and satisfactory in every way, the price was reasonable for the job, they came promptly when I needed them and William had helpful advice that meant I didn't overspend on materials. I would definitely recommend these guys.

We are very pleased with the work carried out and our experience of dealing with Will-I-Am Plumbing & Heating. We shall ask them to do future work and would certainly recommend their services. We were let down and frustrated by our previous plumbers, and after being impressed by positive reviews employed Will-I-Am to initially service our heating and hot water system, and then to replace our hot water cylinder, flush radiators, and fix other faults. We are pleased and happy with all aspects of the work. Communication by phone, email, text and in-person has been extremely efficient and clear, including quotes, practical arrangements and discussion of quite complicated technical questions. We saw 5 different engineers and plumbers and would recommend any and all of them. They completed all the jobs quickly, cleanly and well, and we received detailed reports and photographic records of all works. The workmanship on complex and visible parts is extremely good; for instance, tiles were cut to shape and extensive copper pipework is beautifully done. We are pleased to have found good, expert plumbers that we can communicate with well and rely on. Recommended.

Tom arrived on time to service our boiler and he carried out the work efficiently and tidily. He also called back at short notice to replace batteries in the thermostat. We were charged the quoted fee for the service and Will I Am did not charge for the second call. All highly recommended.

Instructed Will.i.Am for annual boiler service and a plumbing job. Both the gas engineer and the plumber arrived on time, explained what they were doing, took clear photos (which were included in the report sent to me), were friendly and left my place in a clean & tidy state. Would recommend!

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.

This was as easy as you want it to be in this day and age! Quickly quoted and booked. Emailed five folk from Trusted Trader, and Will I Am have quoted, booked, completed and been paid all before the rest have even responded. Good communications, and Tom arrived bang on time. Considerate when doing the work (floors just been sanded, and care was taken around that). Plus the work was completed quickly. Frankly, it was flawless.

The knuckle (joint between toilet outlet and waste pipe) was corroding and had started to leak. Despite an initial misunderstanding about what exactly was wrong, the plumbers just rethought how to go about the job and got on with it, having first warned me that the toilet might get damaged, and having made sure they could source a replacement. However, the faulty part was removed and a new connection made, without causing any damage. The plumbers were efficient, reassuring and friendly. 3 1/2 weeks on there has been no leak or any other problem.

Booked William to carry out first service of a Joule unvented hot water cylinder. He arrived punctually (having kindly confirmed arrival time on morning of visit). He was professional and thorough and showed much patience in answering my questions (which has helped me understand the machine a bit better and I now have confidence that I would at least know how to turn off water/adjust pressure if needed!). He came across as an honest, client focused professional and I have already decided to use him too for servicing my Vaillant boiler. Highly recommended.

Very good job, William did a solid day's work cleaning out our central heating system and fixing a few things in the boiler. Can already notice the difference in the performance of my radiators. William was professional throughout and very considerate and tidy. He also took the time to explain how to look after my boiler and how to operate the functions that had been confusing me since we moved in. Would highly recommend!

William and his colleague came to check out our broken boiler, unfortunately there were numerous problems (which wasn't a surprise) so William recommended it be replaced. After discussions about trying to fix the old boiler vs. installation of a new one we agreed to go ahead with the replacement and I'm so glad we did. William installed the new boiler just two days after his initial visit and I was very happy with the work. I would definitely work with him again for all other gas/pluming needs in the future. Incredibly professional, prompt and tidy work.

William is very prompt and courteous in replying, extremely helpful, explaining what needs to be done, what options there are and then, once a decision is made, deals with the problem as quickly as possible. I have used him three times now, to replace the boiler, fix a leaking valve in the shower and replace the hob. I definitely recommend him.

They also notified me along the way of any issues -e.g. the height of the new cooker would have been lower than that of the original cooker, so they fashioned a work-around for me.
