Will and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They explain what they are doing and why and get the job done efficiently. Quality of workmanship is top notch. Glad to have found them and would highly recommend. Several job completed and can't fault any of them.

Will I Am did the annual check on my pressure cylinder. I have used them before and - again - was very happy with the service. They turned up on time, did the work, explain (in easily understandable terms) what had been done and left everything tidy. I will definitely continue to use them.

Excellent Company! We were kept well informed of what was going on, even received images of the inspection (taken during the tests) - very professional. Felt very comfortable i.e. they came in, did the tests and did not "try" to suggest additional "remedial works". Very highly recommended. William is incredibly responsive to emails, the visit was arranged very quickly and then the day booked, for the work to be done. I was kept updated at all stages and in writing, which I prefer. The price was very competitive. Sean, who came to assess the work needed, was superb, listened and quoted to my specification. I felt reassured by his presentation and knowledge and confident enough to leave him alone to do the work whilst I went to work. I came back to a clean flat and a fully functioning boiler and toilet. I would definitely use them for all future plumbing work.

Had to repair the heating element of a HIU, which unfortunately broke down in one of the coldest weeks this Winter. Engineers were very timely and professional, making thorough checks on the plumbing side, as well as answering any questions I had. Initial diagnosis determined a fault of electrical nature, therefore had to additionally request the services of an electrician. Despite it not being a quick fix, they even helped me source an electrician!! The final step was to supply and fit a new part, for which I went back to Will-i-am (as plumbing element). William went out of his way to get all this work done on the same day (post-electrician visit), helping minimise disruptions, as well as time without heating.Very clear about pricing and invoicing. I felt well informed every step of the way. Their engineers have experience with servicing & repairing HIU's, which is still tricky to find in London. I was recommended this company via a neighbour and would happily recommend to others.

William and his team were able to move a boiler with little bother, They also discovered and fixed two gas leaks whilst on site. 11/10 would recommend.

Will took our call on a Sunday evening and came out and fixed our broken boiler when most folks would be turning in for the night. Besides fixing the pressure in seconds, he also advised us on what to do if it happened again, and all with the most efficient and courteous service one could ask for. He'll be our go-to for all future calls from now on.

An easy, reliable, transparent plumbing service from the moment we requested an appointment. Will I Am is how a plumbing service should be. Sean and Aaron were friendly, courteous and professional. They quickly stopped the problem (burst pipe) by efficiently locating the water supply and then described in detail the work to remedy the problem and also stop it from happening again in the future. They were patient with our questions. As a bonus, they also inadvertently fixed our water pressure issue when Sean serviced the mains. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend Will I Am Plumbing - we had a leak in our water tank's expansion vessel, which needed to be removed and replaced ASAP. Will was able to come over and carry out the work the same day as the issue was reported, and the work was carried out to a very high standard.

I've used Will I Am several times before and was once again really pleased with the service. Will's team turned up on time and completed the work (a broken toilet flush) quickly and neatly. After I reported a small snag Will himself came back the next day to correct the problem with no additional charge. An excellent experience!

Highly recommended, I was very satisfied with the services received. William was quick to respond and managed to sort out the issue within 24 hours. Also Paul, the engineer provided a thorough report of the issue, what was fixed and also backed up by before/after photos which was useful since the property is let out so I did not have to get involved too much. William has recently carried out the annual gas safety test and boiler service. I have found this company to be courteous, helpful and quick to respond so I am very happy to recommend their service.

I have used Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Limited a number of times and wouldn't use any one else. The engineers are always efficient, communicative and polite. Work is completed efficiently and to a very high standard, with the engineers always leaving the place spotless after they've gone.

Came at short notice on the weekend, did a professional job for a fair fee, was a nice straightforward gent.

Will came to investigate a leak from boiler. Careful investigation led to comprehensive email advice supported by photos. Options honestly presented. I decided on a new boiler. Installed within a week of initial visit. All visits were on time. Work carried out efficiently and tidily at the quoted price. All staff courteous and friendly. Communication by email always excellent. I will not hesitate to use this firm again.

Ryan & Jake did a great job of fixing my leaking water pipe - they quickly diagnosed the problem and then fitted a new section of copper pipe, which has worked a treat. And all done within an hour. Highly recommended!

William responded very quickly to my emails requesting a quote for replacing our bathroom taps due to a leak. On the day Ryan and Jake did a very good job of replacing our sink and bath taps. They gave useful advice and tidied up afterwards.
