Professional and thorough approach from initial contact through the first visit to diagnose the problems with central heating boiler and then a quick/efficient installation of new boiler and controls. Also gave a thorough clean to old and (very) clogged radiators. Came back to make sure balance radiators and make sure everything working smoothly. A good experience. Will use this company again.

Replaced a broken stopcock in under an hour. Standard pricing for London, courteous and helpful plumber, charged a fair price for the replacement parts. Invoice with bank transfer rather than messing about with cards and cash. Would use again.

Joe and Ryan visited me for a second time that had no reflection on their original work in clearing a blocked kitchen sink that required changing pipe work and creating a better fall to the main waste water pipe - this recent visit confirmed the problem may be a fault elsewhere in the building. The plumbers did all that was asked of them efficiently, effectively and courteously. I have no problem in recommending them very highly.

Another company told me my faulty boiler had to be replaced. Will-I-am came to quote. They were prompt professional and took tome to explain my options. They said the boiler could be repaired. I got a report with photos the same day. I was given a 20% discount on the diagnostic visit. They sourced the parts for my 17 yr old boiler and came and fixed it the day after my quote. The whole thing with both visits cost £300 instead of 3-4000 for replacement. I have lovely hot water again. Highly recommend

I've used Will I Am several times before and was once again really pleased with the service. Will's team turned up on time and completed the work (a broken toilet flush) quickly and neatly. I found a leak in my airing cupboard. I e-mailed some photos and one of William's team came the next day to see exactly what the problem was. The day after, the part causing the problem was replaced and the leak has now stopped. Everything was explained, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Both visits were on time and no mess was left. I've used William before. I am so glad I found him because I trust him (and his team) completely. I would recommend him, without any hesitation.

I was let down by 3 plumbers in a row and was getting desperate as water was dripping into the flat below. Will I Am Plumbing was able to send a plumber round on the same day that I called and Joe not only showed up exactly when he said he would (half the battle) but carried out the work quickly and faultlessly and left the place spotless. I was particularly impressed by the after care service which included a detailed description of what had been done, a number of photos showing before and after, an an itemised invoice. All in all, very impressed!
