We have used William's services three times, once as a tenant and twice as a property owner. I would highly recommend this company if you need any plumbing or heating done, his employees are punctual, courteous and very professional. A highly recommended Tradesman and company.

Had a washing machine installed by the guys from Will.I.Am and they did a great job. It took an hour to install a new cold water valve, remove the old washing machine and install the new one. They removed the old machine and tidied up, leaving the kitchen spotless. Both guys were friendly and worked well as a team, which made for a refreshing change.

I was recommended this business from an electrician. The issue was my boiler and heating elements were fried. Having spoken to another heating engineer over the phone and the diagnosis was probably it was a heating engineer’s job over an electricians job, I reach out to Will I am and explained what was passed onto me. With this he quoted me for the parts plus labour, and the quote for the work was a lot cheaper than the other firm. Unfortunately the issue was just before the weekend, but the engineer, Joe, arrived on time and completed draining the 210 litre tank, changed two elements and changed the timer (which was also fried) within 2 hrs. Although I wasn’t present whilst Joe was working I reached out to him after and he was very responsive and willing to educate me further on the electrics around the boiler. Would thoroughly recommend.

William and his team did a great job replacing our regular boiler system, which after an extremely long service life stopped working. I was anxious to replace it with a combination boiler as I thought it would be a massive job and involving so many different parts. Over the years, I had looked at replacement options as service engineers got increasingly worried about replacement parts availability every year. Various quotes were sought and some were outrageously expensive, whilst others I would simply never trust to do this job. As I had positive experiences with this company in the past, eventually I went with will-i-am Plumbing & Heating and have not regretted this for a minute. Throughout the process from planning to execution and final commissioning I have found that these guys give honest and down-to-earth advice, do what they promise (in fact more than they promise) and treat your house and the planned work as if it was their own house (in the best possible sense). I would wholeheartedly commend this William and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, cost efficient and pleasant experience.

Problem arose immediately prior to Christmas - an immediate response and diagnosis then, and problem fixed immediately afterwards. Service and outcome impeccable and done by the kind of people I would want representing my business. Top class.

Same day visit to fix a boiler that had died after the wee shutdown. A short job, to restore water pressure in the boiler, but needed heating engineer expertise. Pleasant and efficient service from the office and engineer. And good value.

We needed a plumber in a hurry when our kitchen tap gave up the ghost. Our hearts sank. William replied to my enquiry within a few hours and provided me with a good price. He ordered the replacement tap and we were given a slot within a few days. The team he sent were excellent; prompt, courteous and efficient. What a relief to find such excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

I cannot praise Will I Am Plumbing and Heating highly enough. In the last two weeks, we have used their services twice to fix plumbing leaks. The engineers came quickly, were very skilled and helpful, and fixed the problems without fuss, despite some challenges. Where one of the fitted valves wasn't quite right, two engineers came back to fix the problem without charge. Costs were very reasonable and exactly as agreed. Overall, this is an excellent organisation with highly skilled and professional engineers.

I am very happy with the service received from ‘Will-I-am’! William responded promptly and professionally at a busy time with a reasonable quote, and arranged for the work to be carried out at short notice just before Christmas. Engineers Ryan and Yasin arrived at the agreed time and proceeded to remove the faulty shower pump, change and reconfigure the pipes accordingly, add isolation valves, etc. Ryan also trouble-shooted and addressed an additional issue that came to light on the day, replacing a faulty gate valve, in order to leave the system working at its best - at no extra cost. I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with, and they kept me updated throughout. Three weeks have now gone and I am pleased with and have had no problems arising from the work carried out. I plan to use ‘Will-I-am’ again for future needs, and I am very happy to recommend them to others.

Friendly, professional, clean and prompt service. Came across as very genuine and non-pushy when giving recommendations on potential additional work for Boiler. Very responsive to communications, arrived during the time window provided. Overall, very happy and would recommend.

As I had no hot water, William came around only 4 hours after i called him and fixed a faulty line strainer. Excellent service!

Really got lucky having Will recommended by a friend when my boiler died. Ended up needing boiler replaced, a new pump fitted, two water tanks removed, the whole heating system bled, radiator valves replaced... He and his workers were great - polite, honest, clear about the job and able to explain its complexities to a lay person, very thorough in their work, on time, and tidied up after themselves. Would go back to them for any future work and recommend them whole-heartedly.

I was very appreciative when William worked over the weekend to do emergency gas pipe repairs at my flat. He was very professional & detailed. I also had him replace the boiler, give gas safety inspections and service the boiler. It has been 2 years since he replaced the gas pipes & boiler, and everything continues to be in good condition. I highly recommend using him!

Woke up to a broken boiler - I found William on this site and he was really brilliant. Came over within one hour of calling him, he has all the parts in his van already, and fixed it really quickly. Total life saver!!!
