I was let down by 3 plumbers in a row and was getting desperate as water was dripping into the flat below. Will I Am Plumbing was able to send a plumber round on the same day that I called and Joe not only showed up exactly when he said he would (half the battle) but carried out the work quickly and faultlessly and left the place spotless. I was particularly impressed by the after care service which included a detailed description of what had been done, a number of photos showing before and after, an an itemised invoice. All in all, very impressed!

From start to finish, it has been a refreshing pleasure to deal with a company providing excellent customer service. I was offered an appointment on day of contacting William, to deal with a WC overflow which meant that the toilet was permanently flushing. Terry arrived on time, and with parts needed so no second appointment needed. He explained cause of problem, works carried out, and left everything tidy and clean. Invoicing process was transparent with clear pricing and photographs of works attached. I have no hesitation in recommending, and using, Will I Am again.

From the time of the first contact, it was all very smooth as regards the cost of the work and when it could be done. They came extremely promptly and the work was done very efficiently and advice as to the cause of the problem was given.

Send photos before for a quote and get an estimate, which was spot on. Fitted a new radiator and connecting it to the system. Service was quick and reliable. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Just as the cold snap started the the heating and hot water packed up, very frustrating. William sent an engineer the next day and he solved the problem and helpfully explained what he had done. Excellent value too which is much appreciated. Strongly recommend.

When I called William after my boiler broke, he quickly sent an engineer to have a look at my installation to give me a quote for the repair. As it was an old and a little strange installation, he came back himself to have a second look at it and gave me a detailed diagnostic of the problem, the works that needed to be carried, and a quote, patiently explaining to me all the details on the phone. As I was abroad when this happened, William really made communication easy with me, communicating via emails and phone calls as well as directly with my tenant. Therefore, it was easy to book the repair, even while not being in London myself. In order to make sure the works could be finished by the date he gave me (it was a two days job), he came two days before to install the scaffolding and prepare everything for the repair. William and his engineers explained well everything to my tenant and I, they were very courteous, on time, and left the apartment very clean after they finished the works. My new boiler works perfectly and it has been quite a relief to have these works running that smoothly as it was a little bit stressful to deal with a broken boiler from abroad. I chose Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Ltd based on the quality of the reviews I read on them online and I am very happy with the work they have done. I will keep using them from now on and would recommend them to everyone.

William was able to give me a very quick appointment the day after calling. Joe came to fit our new kitchen tap, he was extremely professional, courteous, clean and tidy- he took his shoes off before entering the house, cleaned everything up after the job was completed, helped with other general plumbing queries and went above and beyond applying a clip for our dishwasher that was missing. I will definitely be using them again!

Joe was really helpful and thorough in sorting out a recurrent airlock problem I’d been having. He was really efficient and arrived bang on time and I feel confident that he’s sorted it out.

The best customer service I’ve ever had in relation to works in my flat. From first contact, to the job itself, to invoicing, everything was brilliant. Carried out inspection of shower pressure was thorough, genuinely interested in solving the problem, and made sure to make the entire time that I was paying for count!

Will I Am did the annual check on my pressure cylinder. I have used them before and - again - was very happy with the service. They turned up on time, did the work, explain (in easily understandable terms) what had been done and left everything tidy. I will definitely continue to use them.

I had a leaking bath waste fixed and an old basin waste replaced with a newer unit. Two issues in much need of fixing. Whilst checking the bath, they noticed it was draining very slowly, so they cleared a blockage. It was all fixed quickly with no fuss, plus all cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job.

Will I Am Plumbing installed a new boiler in our house back in 2016. We were taken back by the excellent advice and service and are totally happy with the Viessmann Vitodens 100-W that was recommended. Since installation Will I Am have undertaken annual services and replaced several radiators. On each occasion the service has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Will I Am to anyone seeking plumbing or heating work.

I have used William before. His service for smaller jobs, changing the plumbing of dishwasher and keeping the radiators bled and the boiler balanced is as good as when it was a big project of changing the boiler. Responds quickly, explains patiently and works quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed. Strongly recommended.
